Do not spend your hard earned money at this location!! Absolutely the worst customer service ever! We have been waiting since August 2023 to get a correct Storm/Security door order correct, they installed the wrong door! We are referring people to other places to purchase home appliances and security door installation !!!!-

We went here today to buy a planter and when we first picked it up, the tag under the pot had the exact same description and original price and was marked down $20, so I put it in my cart. When we go to checkout the pot has no tag to scan it so I go back to the garden center to try and get a tag and I encounter this old, obviously racist white women who tried to tell me that tag was never there and the pot is $62. When I tried explaining it to her, she begins speaking to me as if I'm making it up. Only when I told her to stop speaking to me as if I'm lying she then says, well I was going to give it to you for the discount but now go somewhere else. I wanted to smack the crap out of that women but of course I would be the one in jail. NEVER in my life would I step foot in this store again. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! The correct thing to do was to just give it to me at the price it was marked instead of lying and saying I didn't see what I saw in the first damn place. Guaranteed it wouldn't have happened that way if I was white!

Several months ago I purchased a refrigerator at Marysville, WA. store. When I went in I spoke to a salesman who said he had been there for many years. The store was very busy and he seemed to be juggling customers and phones. I said I wanted a large side by side fridge and my current one was out from the counter. He told me to look at display models and to see if there was one I liked. I found one that I liked the inside layout, so I showed it to him. He proceeded to say that was just what I wanted and so he wrote it up and I purchased it. When it was delivered, the crew said it couldn't be leveled. I went to store and complained and they sent installers out again. Once more I was told it was supposed to sit uneven and it couldn't be adjusted. Up to then I had not filled the fridge. When I actually started to fill it I realized it was not a large fridge but a counter even fridge. I immediately went to store to talk to salesman and he told me that's what I ordered and I was stuck with it. I explained that I had told him that my old fridge was late and stuck out from cupboards and he was the person that said that model was what I wanted. He said he couldn't help me as they wouldn't do anything about the error. I hate the fridge. It's too small. Their installers are full of BS, as the manual says it can be leveled but I am not able to do it so it is still uneven. The ice maker is so loud and makes noise. The fridge either freezes my vegetables or isn't cold enough to keep the milk products cold. I would never recommend Home Depot for appliances because they don't stand behind their products and obviously don't have any customer service or customer support. Use a reputable appliance company that will back what they sell!

I am in shock that this location has the worst reviews in Washington. Do to being a new homeowner and my occupation, I visit a lot of Home Depot's. Of the ones I visit, this one is by far the best. The three times I've visit this one, I've come across the right staff to locate the right items for me and with the purchases I buy I have to be checked out by an employee and they have been great as well. All these complaints I'm reading I've had at other locations, but not this one. Good job guys!

DO NOT RECOMMEND!! GO TO LOWES INSTEAD Bad customer service, impossible to find someone to get help from. Everyone always has shit attitude. They'd rather pretend to be busy than actually busy. They'll let you struggle with items even if they see you rather than help you.

Home Depot will not let bad reviews of their products go through, I installed two vevor handrails purchased from them for my mom who is 74 and has MS. Within two months one broke on her and she fell to the ground and split her head open. The rails were only tack welded to the base. I left bad reviews and pictures on the Home Depot website for that rail but Home Depot would not post it. These rails have one five star rating but my one star review was never posted. Don't trust their reviews as they only let the good ones through.

Because of my occupation, I have probably visited 80% of the Home Depots on the I5 corridor from Vancouver to Bellingham. This location is BY FAR the worst of them all!! The staff knows virtually nothing about the products they sell, or where to find them. I have placed 5 online orders to pick up at this location, and not 1 has been correct. Don't even try to have it delivered by the store. They will try to fit your order in to a car, and when it doesn't fit, will cancel your order without notifying you. Avoid thisocation if at all possible. Luckily, there's a Lowes bot too far away.

Every time I have been in this store I end up so incredibly frustrated. You either can't find help when you need it or you find help and wish that you hadn't because the employee is so unfriendly and put out that they are having to help you with something. On more than one occasion, I have been in an aisle looking at something when I abruptly get shooed away because they have to close the aisle down to use a machine to get something down from up high. While I understand that it is for safety reasons, why can't they let me finish up for one moment in the aisle as I was already there? Then to tell me it will just be 5 minutes and yet 35 minutes later it still hasn't been reopened, is ridiculous. I had to leave at that point and the next day I just went to Lowes instead and got what I needed in 2 minutes and hassle free. If you have a return, be prepared to stand in line for 40 minutes for your turn as there is only one employee working customer service and there is a long line of people who have multiple issues they need help with.

If 0 zeros were allowable this location would earn it 100 percent! Customer service is nonexistent. Went in to purchase paint that CAN be mixed at their location. Girl working the paint counter had an emotional break down over spilling paint all over her "new shoes, nice pants, and blouse." Literally took off her smock threw it down on the floor stomped off and QUIT (as in left her job) because she was so upset. Then when I tried finding someone else to mix the paint it seemed that everyone capable of working the paint counter was off, on break, or at lunch. When someone finally came to fill the quit girls spot I let the employee know the color of stain I wanted mixed which is listed on their stain/paint swatch board, the employee said it wasn't possible and that they don't mix paint. We have purchased gallons and gallons of paint from Home Depot--all of which they have mixed based off their swatches! So I don't know if he was from the gardening dept or lumber but he was rude and continued to argue that mixing the swatch colors was impossible. This is a terrible location with clueless staff galore--GO to the Lowes they got my request completed in 5 minutes. Even if Lowes is further just take the extra time and shop there because their customer service is great, don't refuse a service they provide, wear proper attire for the workplace and don't stomp off and up and quit their job, and know how to do their job!

This store is a joke. Customer service is terrible. Cannot wait to move so we never have to deal with this location any longer. My husband went to pick up a cabinet he ordered but I had to take a call from them to allow him to get it. What the heck?!?! Like I would know anything about what he wanted to pick up. It was so stupid.

I will always and forever recommend Home Depot. They have everything You could ever need and more when it comes to improving your home. The staff have always been kind, helpful and knowledgeable about the items they carry; especially when it comes to painting. Home Depot is also home to a fantastic garden center. With great prices and a great military discount I find myself entering the front doors more and more often.

I'm bumping them down a star just simply due to lack of product lack of help from various employees the past year or so worth of visits. They are much closer to my house than Lowes up at Smokey point so I continually try to swing by here for various things. It just seems lately that I'm leaving here empty-handed and going up to Lowe's to pick up what I need. Not sure if it has to do with all the shipping problems our economy seems to have currently? Lowes does not seem to be nearly as affected with product availability however.

Love this place! They did a great job doing floor work in my home. Also gave me a huge credit limit with a deferment plan.

Interesting experience at THIS Home Depot. My husband and I are looking at countertops for our kitchen and bathrooms. We were admiring the samples for 15 -20 minutes with 3 employees in the immediate area. Not one of them said a word and then 2 left. I asked the last one if he worked in that area and he said yes. I proceeded to ask him process questions and in turn, he was more worried about me stepping back. I was a few feet from him at this time but apologized and stepped back. He answered one of my questions and when I asked him to clarify, he rudely repeated what he already said. My husband tapped me on the shoulder which indicated he was done. As we walked away, he told me he will never come to this store again. I have to agree. :(.

I was in the area so I went here hoping to find a fan and a surge protector for work. There was a greeter at the door who completely ignored me when I entered and when I realized I needed a cart I had no choice but to leave the store (through the other entrance on the far side of the check stands) and walk all the way through the parking lot to where the carts were. Again the male greeter completely ignored me, but I noticed that he was quick to acknowledge the person behind me. I had trouble knowing where to look for what I needed and had to seek out help because no one offered. The only assistance I received without being asked was by the person in the department who showed me where the surge protectors were. But even then I had to find the person again to ask questions about the product. Then I went searching for a tower fan and I asked someone twice where they were. The first person told me the aisle number but the second one told me that if they had any, they would be "up high" and I'd have to ask for assistance with getting it down. Um, okay... That was the end of the help I got from that lady. Needless to say I am short and was unable to find any fans "Up high" , but I still don't know if they actually had any. I ended up buying two surge protectors and was going to buy two metal trash cans, but when I went to ring up the trash cans that I had found in the garden center, they rang up $10.99 despite the tag below them starting that they were $5.50. I put them both back and just got the surge protectors. The really sad thing is that Wal-mart next door had much better service.
