Your store was as mean and rotten as humanly possible to my wife , especially on Valentine’s Day. Your Employees (two) were very short rude and extremely unhelpful. Then you selection (when she finally found the heating registers she needed) was extremely limited and cheap a lot was plastic the remaining was really bad looking.I get some of the that, but your rude jerks on the fork lift had to yell at her on to occasions two separate isles as she received zero help finding anything! You were not even busy!I was stuck at home working with our contractors on a complicated project!

Home Depot is in the business to make money, period. Its not your home hardware store where you can buy a nail, or a screw, but if they did offer such it would be at least $1.93 because thay was the lowest price i saw of anything at the “post covid home depot”. I also sought out expert advice & the store veteran was spot on. Because of him i have upgraded to 3 stars from 2, originally. Everything is so dang expensive there, i mean… “more expensive than Lowes” & less variety on knobs & handles which i shopped the day before so prices were fresh in my mind. I suggest going to Walmart for paint. Home Depot price for a PINT: $25 i about pooped, but bought anyways. Today atWaltons family business it was $6.96 & i felt real stupid. If you want to save money during these so-called “free market economy ripoff times” shop online for prices before you plop $25 for 2cups of paint. I have a hard time believing Walmart can sell a pint at $7 but home D or Lowes charges $25/pint. But when home prices these days being almost a million where i am from, i guess HD is cashing i. Because they sell to construction crews not mom & dad. $40 for a plastic coated 4-step ladder or $10 a step. Good grief home deport

This goes for pretty much all Home Depots now. I seem to have more and more trouble finding basic home repair items. But, what kind of home improvement/hardware store doesn't stock basic plumbing supplies? The plumbing section is so disorganized, and they don't carry cleanout fittings and plugs for sewer/drainage pipe, and heaven forbid you need 3-inch sewer/drain pipe it will be impossible to find. Utter entropy, and the employees did try to help after I asked but were ultimately unsuccessful.

Terrible service. Not staff available to help you find things or to help with carrying heavy items. Went in to buy gravel for landscaping project and walked around for 20 minutes trying to find an associate who could help. When I did finally find someone they walked away to help another employee stack microwaves on shelf. Go to Lowe’s!
