Went to the bank in Marysville to cash my check 12/21/22 Only to find out they were closed due to bad weather. Tried calling another branch ended up at customer service on hold forever With 8 Callers ahead of me, I didn't matter how many times you called. Thier were always eight callers ahead of you ? what....Bottom line was never able to get through so I drove to the Smoky point branch same thing closed - Only to find out all of the branches and Snohomish County were closed ? OK I get it one or two branches closed due to bad weather, but to close the whole kit and caboodle in Snohomish county, with all of The other local banks open in the area give me a break. I'm considering closing my account and moving to another bank!

This bank has terrible security countermeasures every other online purchase i make gets my card shut down with no notice and for days at a time. Im going to take my business else where

Poor customer service. Customers must go inside to make business deposits and are not able to go through the drive through. Forced to come inside although not comfortable with the pandemic. There was nobody in line at the drive through and multiple customers inside... yet still forced to pull around and go inside and be in contact with multiple people.

I wouldn't recommend this bank. They charge a lot of fees and customer service (on the phone) is sub par.

I use Heritage Bank for my business and they are always friendly and helpful. It's nice to have a local bank to trust.

I like Heritage Bank but not this branch in particular. I made my car loan payment two weeks in advance and did not get credited two days after the due date. I had to make a phone call to ensure that my payment was credited to my loan account. How can that be if I made my payment with a receipt for that month? I appreciated the help of customer service to correct that problem. I will never again use that Marysville branch....a not so happy customer particularly this branch..

Being a long time credit union member had me very hesitant to switch to a bank. But I was very pleased with how this branch made my transition a smooth and positive experience. The staff was very friendly and helpful. And I have a much more positive outlook on banks thanks to the Heritage Bank in Marysville.

This has been by far my favorite banking relationship when we switched 2 years ago from BofA. The tellers always greet me and my family with a smile when we walk in. Recently we have been shopping around for a home equity line and we received exceptional service from this branch. The Branch Manager Tammy always checks in with us and really seems to care about us being members of the bank.

My girlfriend was just ridiculed for her last name at this bank by a teller, I wont jump immediately to racial profiling, however someone's ethnicity and surname isnt something to discriminate against. Will definetely meet with their management and have the employee dealt with accordingly.

Very convenient locations and customer service is fantastic. Banking here reminds me of a small town bank. You're always greeted by name, along with a professional attitude and speedy transaction.

I recieved a new credit card that wasn't set up correctly online. I paid my bill and the website said $0 balance and payment successful for days until it decided something wasn't right and restored the balance. After getting a call from the bank asking why I hadn't paid my bill, I immediately went to the bank and paid in person. I asked if it would be reported to a credit bureau they said I'd have to wait and see. It was and they refused to remove it. My car loan interest rate from USAA went up 4.5 percent which USAA said was due to a recent change in my credit history. Choose a higher rated bank like Columbia.
