The wait was minimal which was nice. The haircut was ok but not as good as it could’ve been. She could have spent more time on my low fade.

Checked in online, still had to wait 20 minutes for the cut after showing up, Hispanic lady did not seem happy to serve so she threw me towards her coworker. Darcy was not a bad person but when i say ear level cut she went way above before even asking, kept calling me bud and then proceeded to praise herself. I didn't wanna pop her bubble but this isnt the first time i've had a bad haircut here, only the lady with tattoo and dreads is worth seeing here and she cuts hair amazingly, i would not recommend anyone else. (also somehow darcy chopped my sideburns even though thats like 80% of her job idk if she purposely did it to me or not.)After reading so many bad reviews, avoid darcy at all costs and my bangs are still f'd up 3 weeks later, choppy and unexpected

They shaved my son’s head (not what we asked for) not sure if it’s because we’re Indigenous Americans, or if it’s because he’s autistic, but it’s no different than if they had stabbed him with the scissors, and they still expect us to pay! They assaulted my child, and still expect to be paid. DON’T TRUST GREAT CLIPS WITH YOUR HAIR!!! GO LITERALLY ANYWHERE ELSE!!!!

My family was greeted warmly by both hairdressers, little to no wait, and got exactly the haircut my kiddo asked for based on a couple photos. Great experience, will definitely be coming back.

This was our go to, but the people were so rude. We had a problem with the website and couldn’t log in the 3 people we had getting haircuts. We were the only people in the place. We got one haircut done and told the staffer wanted to get two more haircuts. We were then skipped and treated so rudely. Very disappointed. One of the women always does my kids hair and I’m disappointed by the way we were treated.

Such a great experience. My son has ADHD and has a hard time getting his hair cut. The stylist we had was absolutely amazing, she was patient and interactive with him.

I wouldn't even give him a one star but I had no choice the wait times are ridiculous. I brought my son and daughter in to get haircuts the lady that did my daughter's hair didn't even know how to do it correctly I was very very disappointed

On the date of the review I took both of my kids (6yrs and 2yrs) in to get haircuts.Prior to doing so, we checked in via the app which showed a 0 min wait. When we arrived, there were two employees working and each had a customer in their chair. With that, we were next up on the list. During our wait, there was a gentleman who came in and began talking too one of the employees (unfortunately did not get her name) and it was obvious he was known to her. After she was done with the person who was there before we arrived, he sat down in her chair and she began cutting his hair. Since there was no one else in the list when we arrived, I asked the other stylist about it and she seemed just as confused. When I asked the woman cutting his hair about it she responded with "he's my husband and I will be done in a minute." The other woman again looked confused.Admittedly, I am not a business owner. However I would think that this type of service would not be tolerated by those who are. Especially when one could assume (I don't know for sure)he didn't pay and could of just as easily gotten his hair cut at home or after hours. Because of this, we left and got haircuts and gave our $ somewhere else.I should note that previously we have had great service. Unfortunately now though we will not be going back and will share this experience with others when it's applicable.

Shirley Little has been cutting my hair for a very long time now! She works at the Great Clips on 116th st in Marysville. I’ve found the stylist that I like. She knows how to cut my hair whether it’s winter or summer. Ask for her you wont regret it!!??
