Are you serious?! A mobile vet clinic?! Yall are open on the weekends but have no one taking calls?! GPS brings us to Higgins and there's NO VET CLINIC ANYWHERE!!! People need pet care on the weekends too, and YOU'RE NOT AVAILABLE!!!!! I discourage everyone from contacting these people because they clearly don't know what they're doing. Absolutely shameful...

Took my little Princess for her shots, I felt it went extremely well as she didn't seem upset at all! Very affordable

a line does usaually form you have to get there before scheduled time as they have a patient capacity? Ive brought my 5 yeah oldcat for her yearly checkups since she was a kitten and never had any issues. But not gonna lie if you manage to sign up amd get in line the wait is VERY annoying but worth cheap priceEDIT: I was avoiding updating review as I had brought my pets here for years but after Covid this service has really gone down hill. Don’t say you’re clinic is an 1 1/2- 2 hour long for other customers and me to get there 15-20 minutes before allotted time slot and to be told that the clinic is already full. Their prices have also gone up substantially and are about the same as visiting an actual vet clinic that will respect their schedule. With that being said it’s not worth the effort or rude treatment. If for whatever reason you still want to give this place a shot I’d recommend showing up ATLEAST 1/2 hour before scheduled time.

I am looking at the Good Neighbor Vet service. Most of the reviews talk about dogs and arriving early, but one of them mentions what great food they have how the manger went back and made a special order of biscuits and gravy for them. I must admit I am intrigued. I was looking for dog vaccinations, but biscuits and gravy sounds great as well. Will definitely have to check this place out!

EXTREMELY RUDE CORPORATE OFFICE EMPLOYEES!! ESPECIALLY JESS!! I only came here to get Hartguatd and a flea/tick preventative, and left with an over priced vaccine that my puppy never needed!!! My puppy was given a vaccine by mistake. The vet administered a vaccine to my puppy that he already had a few months prior at a REAL VET Office, I showed the vet his paperwork prior to the vaccine being administered and they still highly recommend the same vaccine. The vet overlooked it somehow. I called the corporate office when I realized they did this by mistake and was advised to call back in a week because of the holiday weekend to give time for them to receive my paperwork for a refund. When I called back as advised to, the rep was EXTREMELY RUDE, Arrogant, and not helpful at all. Refused to give a refund and blamed me for their mishap. I'd advised taking your pet to a real vet that will take their time and won't rush your pets care!!

Drove 1 hour across town during rush hour to lents, and if that wasn’t enough, get there at 5:30 during their 5-6:30 window and told they weren’t seeing any more dogs. Unacceptable. There were only four dogs in front of me and I just needed shots. It’s like burgerville asking for tips or inmates running a prison. . If you can ruin your day and are ok about getting turned away. Go. Or if you want employees anxious to get on their party night and not care about peoples lives. Go ahead and go. Very disappointed and poorly run. Granted it’s just shots. But pay the extra and go to a brick and mortar place.

Good Neighbor Vet, convenient drop in that was near by. It was great day, no wait at all. The Vet & Vet assistant was very friendly. That is important not only for myself, but for my furry companion?. The Rhabies Vaccination was $50.00. $50.00 deworm Two -1 now, 2nd in two weeks- (was recommended due to King County is known for dogs eating grass.) You don't have to purchase them. I did. I love my furry companion. I want only the best! $100 total , you can pay VISA, AMEX, CASH, M/C or DISCOVER. We were in and out of there. Friendly, Nice and clean. Who can ask for anything more.

Your website advertising said that the clinic at Coastal Farm and Ranch was from 4 until 5 pm I arrived at 3:45 to be told that they had their quota of animals and no more would be seen. I think that they need to plan for more hours , to get shots for pets. When I got their shots last year, I spent more than an hour in line I expected the same this year. Is it time for a second van?

Waited in line for an hour in the cold & rain, to be told they met their limit at 7 people. When I inquired about the time & location it would of been nice if someone mentioned how early you have to be to be seen, because the line was already cut off before the 4:00 time even started. I was #2 on the “waitlist” & at 4:50 they said they would take one person, it would of been 5 extra minutes passed 5:00 for my dog to get a single vaccine & I was the last person waiting. Completely rude & crappy way of doing business.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Called ahead for 7 puppies was told to be there at 3:30. We got there 3:15 was told they couldn't see us because they where already full. But to wait and see if they could get us in. we waited tell 5 and was told they couldn't see us. There Manger ashlee was no help either told us that making an appointment doesn't meant they well hold a spot. She was very rude and short said it wasn't her problem and said we should have been there earlier then.

Please dont ever take your dog to this vet. I did this as a last minute thing as my vet was booked out for weeks and they treated my black lab so agressive. Its almost as if they have never worked with bigger dogs before. The vet was extremely disrespectful and rude along with the woman with the purple hair at the check in stand, she was so dismissive and disrespectful. They do not care about your pet. Please dont take your pet here.
