I usually only leave a review for stores that I have had a good experience with but I feel this being a pharmacy I should tell you about my experience I wasn't able to get a name from the young lady I talked to but I was treated with a short temper and a not very helpful call, her customer skills were lacking and I was disappointed seeing as this is my home pharmacy. I would recommend using a different pharmacy if possible, this rite aid is just not good when it comes to dealing with customers and things of the sort.

Jimmy was amazing the customer service and caring touch he provided to my mom whom was looking for glucose supplies He was very patient and pleasant with her as I was on the phone trying to assist her Grateful for Jimmy and I hope his manager knows what a great asset he is

Wish I could give a Minus review. The assistant in the pharmacy is the worst I have ever seen. She said "Here's your Medicine" and turned around. Very rude, I would not suggest, if you want to be treated like a human, to go there, ever!. She doesn't need to be in any kind of customer service unless you don't want customers coming back. I had found the meds at another Pharmacy and I wish I had done them instead. Learned my lesson and will never step foot back in there again. I will shop there as the personnel for the store have been decent so far. Just never Pharmacy. Once my pain meds were prescribed at the Dr.'s office they called them over but they, I guess, decided I didn't need them till the next day. Even then I had to call to get it filled. STAY AWAY FROM PHARMACY

I was trying to get an urgent prescription filled here before heading back to Canada. Although they didn't have it in stock, Tim the pharmacist was so helpful and talked to the pharmacy near the border crossing who did and was able to start it while we were driving--really grateful.

Worse customer service. I had a prescription to be filled for eyedrops for cataract surgery they got the prescription two days before my surgery which noted that there was substitutions available instead they said that the one that they didn't have in stock was gonna cost me $300 because my insurance didn't cover it but the prescription said it allowed substitutions which they didn't even bother to look at (they told me the electronic one sometimes was too small of a print to read) nobody apparently knows how to make a page bigger so they sent the same $300 prescription down to Bartells way at the other end of Marysville and STILL ignoring the substitutions that would've been covered by my insurance. They day of my surgery I had to make numerous phone calls and the to ask Bartells for one of the substitutions covered by my insurance. Here's the kicker, earlier that day I call Aetna and they told me the substitutions and then I called and asked the pharmacist if the 116th store had these in stock. THEY DID but absolutely refused to fill when the surgical nurse called them. She was told I had to got Bartells. They often do not answer the phone or put you on hold and forget about you. I was told because they are doing covid testing (thru the drive thru, takes about 5 minutes) they are running 4 days behind. WHAT? If they are out of stock on anything, they do not tell you. I have been going here for 10 years but think this is straw that breaks the proverbial camels back. Can I just say Walgreens hello

If I could give this pharmacy no stars I would. The 3 times they have shorted my medication instead of running it as the number they gave they run it for the full amount which in return makes you pay another copay . They have no communication skills whatsoever. I have never had issues with any other pharmacy so I use this one As my last resort and every time I've gone back they mess it ups the pharmacist are not patient friendly they like to tell patients that they are drug seekers when I was calling for my thyroid medication ... I work in a medical facility and this is a constant complaint . It's unfortunate that even the facility that is suppose to do one job they can't even count .

Horrible horrible manager (Kristi) and awful experience in the Pharmacy. I have never had to wait 15 minutes in line at drive thru pick up just to be ignored (waved at by Jamie from inside) but still no one greeted me at the drive thru let alone the other 3 cars waiting. When notifying Kristi the Manager if they day, her response was "I don't know what you want me to do. Tell an employee not to go home sick?" I said- "Wow. And apology would have been great. And maybe if you k ew pharmacy was short staffed on a Saturday, you should be helping out there!" Kristi's response was "Well it is what it is." I said "Thank you for listening." I think I'll be taking my prescriptions elsewhere based on how long Pharmacy took AND this bad attitude manager. Be prepared to wait..

Carrie is a horrible employee she's rude and very unhelpful and unfriendly thanks for a horrible time at Rite Aid Carrie maybe you should consider a job that doesn't involve working with human beings.!

I don't care for the pharmacy. I had a knee replacement so I used this rite aid instead of trusty Freddie's because I didn't want to walk. I'd rather walk from the garden section all the way across their store than to deal with this lazy a** bunch at this pharmacy! Disappointed

This place is a joke ! Specifically the pharmacy- the pharmacist Brandon and his minion are unprofessional, lack customer service and do NOT take the customer into consideration. Every time I take prescriptions to this pharmacy I get some type of run around whether it be they don't have the medication, say they can't fill for a few days or hold on to prescriptions indicate they just haven't been able to fill the medication. They have horrible customer service. I have had the pharmacy techs hang up the phone on me, tell me they don't have the medication only to be told by another pharmacy tech they have the medication and on and on! Rite Aid pharmacy and services are garbage. They lack the important aspects of customer service. As a senior leader with UW Medicine i fully understand the importance of customer service and this is something this so called company lacks. I will never use Rite Aid again. I'll tell everyone I know about the gentleman who is a manger that is unprofessional and how he lacks important leadership skills to manage a team and provide excellent service.

It would be nice for my prescription to actually be filled when I come to pick it up. I have called ahead of time three times now and it is never ready. So I end up waiting in line for 30 to 45 minutes just for my prescription to not be filled yet. And then I have to come all the way back and stand in line again and wait for it. Extremely frustrated with this place as a pharmacy.
