I've had a maintenance agreement with the Geek Squad for years and their service has been consistently knowledgeable and customer friendly. I've especially appreciated their willingness to persist with a problem and explain their work to my satisfaction. Their troubleshooting is amazing! What they offer is invaluable to those of us who are not so computer savvy.

There very good at fixing any problems with your computer I highly suggest you use them to have your computers worked on they have great customer service and geek squad protection plan for a good price for $260 that's a hell of a good deal specially for unlimited devices

Cant believe its been over a month to replace parts on my fridge. 2 weeks to come out and look at it. 3 weeks for parts to arrive and 2 more weeks to come and put them in. No point on paying for this service. Such a big company and you dont have enough people or ways to get parts sooner.

I purchased a Canon printer from Walmart and had issues connecting wirelessly to my laptop and cell phone. Although I did not purchase this item from Best Buy, The Geek Squad was more than happy to help me configure the printer and did not charge me anything for their service. After changing a color ink cartridge I again had issues connecting to the printer, so I returned to Best Buy and the squad again helps me without charge. I am very pleased to say that I have a lot of respect for this Geek Squad and would recommend them to anyone. Very knowledgeable staff.
