The staff always helps me when I ask, the store is always clean, they clearly mark deals and have a good amount if them and I can be in and out of the store fairly quickly

Understaffed, poor customer service, issues with one department and tried to resolve by asking for someone senior. Response was "they went home for the day", at 5pm on a Wednesday.

Fred Meyers is a fantastic department store. Everything you want is all at one place. This helps us, the shoppers, by not having to drive from store to store. FM also tries to offer a good selection from which to make a choice. They also are very competitive when ît comes do%w\n to prices. So for my family's needs, Fred Meyers gets a big YES!

Finally got my Fred Meyer card but it won't register to my app profile I created. I'm glad the Customer Service lady was able to help me with the discounts for my purchase. She was such a nice lady!

Lovely Store! Great selection! Especially fruits & vege's! Nice deli!!! But, Pricier than most other local markets.1 BIG PROBLEM -- their Ladies bathroom is in horrible shape!!! The tile on the floors need a serious scrubbing! So grimey!!! The stall surrounds too! Stalls surrounds are old painted over many times due to idiot graffetti!! But its peeling!!! Always leaking water from plumbing on the stall floors AND rust!!! It's absolutely gross!!! Walmart is better! Even the bathrooms at the public park look better!!! For the prices they charge you'd think they'd attend to the bath facilities more!!! They did spend hundreds to put govenor's on the water faucets to control water temp and amount. Put the sink it's on is pulling away from the wall!!! I've mentioned it to manager's while in store a couple times in last few years....nothings been done!!!!

This place has gone down hill. Employees don’t seem to care about the customers. I’ve witnessed the cashiers be quite condescending with customers, especially elderly customers, on numerous occasions. My father has gotten kicked out of the store for entering through doors that were still open, no sign indicated that customers weren’t supposed to enter through it, yet they got security to escort him out for no apparent reason. Months ago I grabbed a cart that was outside to use in the store, and got into a confrontation with who I’m assuming was a manager by the way he was dressed. Nothing indicated the carts weren’t supposed to be used, and a simple “oh those are broken so we no longer use them” would’ve been great. As I mentioned at the beginning, they are extremely condescending. Myself and others have dealt with needing assistance at self check out, making eye contact with the cashier/attendant meant to helping while trying to get their attention and been straight up ignored. My mother passed away less than a week ago at an extremely young age due to complications with a medical device, Fred Meyers is the closest store to my house and being as drained as I’ve been I decided to give this store another try. I immediately regretted doing so. It shouldn’t be that difficult for them to maintain good customer service skills. I worked in retail and the restaurant business as a manager for years, and I would never treat customers the way that myself and others have been treated here. I held my tongue for long enough, it was time to write this review after witnessing an elderly women be spoken down to in the self checkout area. It’s as if the employees expect customers to read their minds, or know as much as they do about this store, which makes zero sense. They are there to help. The way that they have secret shoppers and security follow customers looking to spend their money around the store is absolutely horrific. Customers should not be treated how they get treated at this location.

I have been going here for years, rather go here than any where else to buy jewelry. The associate that helped me Lorena is beautiful reminds me of a magazine model and is very sweet. Beyond that she's is knowledgeable about diamonds.

Update: Curbside pick up produce picking still sucks as of 11/25/23We will be going in to pick out produce or going to Safeway.We usually do pick up orders with good experience and service. Lately all the produce we have got has gone bad is already bad with in a day. I really hope this changes or else we might be shopping elsewhere.

Online reviews don't mean anything anymore but I'm going to post this anyway. There are several people in the reviews saying the lines are long because they never have enough checkers, but they save a few bucks doing that so they don't care how you feel even when you're spending hundreds of dollars here. I just spent a half hour in line on a Sunday morning to buy three items and I'm not coming back here again.

I go in to do some holiday shopping for my family. As I pay for everything the cashier asked if I had a receipt for the Pokémon cards in my hand ( I got them from the vending machine prior which is pretty hard to take anything out unless you pay for your cards) I told her yes showed it to her, she pretty much told me that I needed a paper receipt. I had told her no I don't I got them from the vending machine and showed her my online receipt that also had my info on it. She completely ignored me called her manager after 10 minutes she said I was good to go. I had explained multiple times that this item was already paid for. You can't just accuse people of stealing something they already had paid for. Wouldn't recommend.

Went here yesterday. Was over charged and then had to wait 20mins for customer service to fix the issues. Also the cashier could not understand I have to walk up 3 flights of stairs I need everything bagged. I asked her 3 times to bag everything just to have her ask if I wanted something bagged again. By the way 3 out the 6 bags she gave me ripped so that was fun....
