Been shopping here for several years. The service has dropped drastically. I will be switching vendors as soon as possible. Manager told me I don’t spend enough to matter!!!! Ok then?

I was looking for an exact replacement bolt and the guy at the counter took me to a couple different aisles until we found what I was looking for in a reasonable count package. Friendly, helpful service.
