Kevin did an exceptional job with this out of state loan. As an agent I’m always a bit concerned using a non local lender for but communication was amazing and the closing was smooth sailing when it came to lending. This is the second or third time I’ve had the pleasure of having a client using Kevin and he’s always done a great job!

Kevin, Natalie and the Evergreen team were great to work with through the house buying and selling process. They responded quickly to calls and questions providing outstanding support, even on weekends, which helped us make informed decisions through this fast paced environment. On top of that, they helped us close about 10 days sooner than the standard month allowing us to move directly into our new house so we didn't have to move twice. I highly recommend the them to anyone looking to finance a future home!
