Mixed review. Darin and Autumn were awesome. They were very friendly and sincerely wanted to help me. Sales rep and back office not so much. Purchased a SxS (paid in full by check) and was told it would take 2 weeks or less to get parts for them to make it street legal. Very close to two weeks I emailed sales and asked for status. Was told parts still not there. Asked which parts but he never answered. The next day I was driving through the area and stopped in. asked parts department about the needed items. They told me the mirrors were backordered and not expected in for about 3 months! Sales rep said he did not know this and just walked away saying he would look into it. Autumn went over to their retail area and found mirrors that would work and were $80 less. They were now able to get the SxS delivered on time no thanks to sales rep who by the way never offered a road test or to show me how the darn thing works. The delivery driver Troy was more helpful! They were supposed to refund me the $80 price difference but I only got $24 because they decided to charge me more for another part that was installed. Who does that? We had an agreed to price. Anyway, So I have my vehicle but no temporary plates. They tell me that they are in the mail. I stop by again to pick up a replacement windshield since the one on my new SxS had a small defect. Darin was on top of getting a new one ordered. Of course I will have to install it myself. Darin gives me the windshield and tells me he tried to get a new temp plate but the office is unable to request a new one until 14 days after first one was mailed. As I was leaving I realized I did get the registration so shouldn't the temp plate be with the registration? I went to the office where they contacted DOL office. Turns out the day they licensed the vehicle, the DOL office ran out of the special paper that the temp plates are printed on, so it was never mailed. Lady in the office did apologize. Why the hell didn't they communicate this with me? Why didnt the sales rep follow up on both the mirrors and the temp plate? I worked in a sales organization for 40 years. The good sales reps were the ones that took care of their customers from beginning to final delivery and customer satisfaction. The bad ones just take the easiest route and wait for their commission check. If you read this far I apologize for the long winded rant.

I was looking for a new bike and went to 3 different dealerships. I decided to drive twice the distance to return to cycle barn because Hines was very friendly and knowledgeable. I never felt pressured or rushed by any of the staff and would definitely do business there again. Thanks again Hines, I absolutely love my bike!

My boyfriend Adam and I had a great experience at the Cycle Barn in Marysville/Smokey Point. Jeff Harris was very helpful the first time we came to sit on some bikes and we called the number on the business card as soon as we made our final decision.The entire process from our first communication was seamless. Jeff got all the paperwork ready and signed, with the bike being delivered within 3 hours!!Huge thank you to Kaitlan and their finance team that got us an excellent rate with Sheffield Financial. If you like Hondas, Kawasakis, CFMotos, Polarises, KTMs or anything with a motor and wheels, we highly recommend checking out the Cycle Barn and working with Jeff and Kaitlan, they'll take care of you the way they took care of us.

Shouldn't judge people by their looks. They just assumed because I'm a 60 year old female I wasn't there to by something fun for myself. Came in Friday morning just after they opened, cash in hand ready to purchase a 15K to 25K Side by Side. I looked at all the Side by Sides even sat in a couple of them waiting for one of the many sales person just hanging out to come assist me. I wanted to test drive a couple of them and take one home today. I even had a friend ready with a flat bed to transport it. Everyone of those sales guys all saw me I looked at each one of them standing around visiting with each other, but not one approached me. After 20 minutes I left. Next morning I decided to give them another try with my nephew. I pretty much knew the side by side I wanted as it was advertised in stock on their website. Once again no help. After looking at all of them again, and not seeing the ones in stock I wanted my nephew had to go ask for help. The sales guy was not at all interested in giving us much info and the ones that were advertised that I wanted to purchase were not available to test drive or even look at. They were still in the shipping crates out back. He didn't know when they'll be available for sale either. Ok, I'm done Cycle Barn! you obviously don't care about a sale. Plenty of other places for this 60 year old female to spend her fun money.

Came into the cycle barn today simply looking around to see what met my financial abilities not expecting to be able to buy or get a bike today and to say the least we found exactly what I was looking for with a great price range and their assistance with helping me acquire my first bike today no less! , the staff were beyond helpful and amazing they were exceedingly insightful and friendly made a first time buyer and rider such as myself feel like I was at home, for anyone looking to buy their first bike or get another HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! they are great with financing, insightful, knowledgeable staff, and don’t make you feel like you are unwelcome unlike other shops or dealers. THANK YOU CYCLE BARN!! And for anyone looking for an amazing sales person I’d look for Jeff Harris he was beyond BEYOND! Amazing and I’d say if it wasn’t for him I’d probably not have ridden home today on my new bike thank you sir ??

Not a good experience they will put your trade in value very low. I'll try to buy another bike and get my trade out but didn't work out. I spend 3 hours to get estimate and get ready for a new bike. FInd out other bike have a dead battery need to be charged but online it says certified bike? What Kind of certified buy if bike have no battery? And other things sales person (Jeff) was nice but looks like the sales manager doesn't care about the company so it can't negotiate the price.Personally I feel discriminated behavior because of my ethnicity.

We just purchased a 2022 KTM 390 Adventurer not too long ago and had a great experience with each department at Cycle Barn. From sales to service and even the retail side and finance, everyone was helpful and awesome. Jeff was really amazing and made the whole process smooth and transparent. We had originally gone to a different place in Monroe but the team there wasn’t so friendly and helpful. Cycle Barn is definitely the place to go if you want anything to ride!

I had a great experience with JEFF HARRIS (Actually purchased 2 from him in the last 6 months it was so good). I purchased a CFMoto Zforce 950 HO Sport recently, and I looked all over the country and they were the lowest price, by far. Can't say enough great things about Jeff. Go see him.

I was looking for custom parts for my new motorcycle recently, and was not sure exactly what I was in the market for. Lucky for me Autumn in parts didn't only know where to find parts quickly for my bike that needed fixing, but was also able to recommend upgrades to my gear that I never thought I needed. I will say after getting back out there with some new odds and ends I am confident I'll be asking for her advice again in the future. The place has a really good team in place.
