We had an issue with the couch we originally purchased. Phil immediately came out to see what the issue was, and had a new one delivered within two weeks. Fabulous customer service. We will be back! Thank you!

This place is called costless furniture, but cost more than every other store I looked at. Walked in was there about 5 min before leaving. All their furniture is marked up a few hundred dollars. Do your due diligence wen shopping and really look around. This place I'm sure won't be around long. Yes alot of my reviews are negative not all! And in your reply you say your product is quality, well they have the same brand and quality furniture for less up the street. I do my reviews completely fair, my job is to comparison shopping. That's my career. Your store name states you have furniture that cost less, but you don't. So I let people know that.

I stopped in to look at couches and Phil was a great help. I told him what I needed and he took me right to the perfect piece of furniture. I felt the price was very fair and it was delivered 2 days later. Thanks Phil!

***WARNING*** WARNING***WARNING*** Unless you want to waste your hard-earned money, do not go to this store. In November 2022, I purchased a Pondex sectional model # 513 couch that was supposed to be an eight-piece. Like many people, money was tight, so we financed using one of the companies they offered. When we first went to the store to make the purchase. The employee and the owner were so lovely and friendly and great at selling the company and the furniture. Once we made the purchase. Everything changed. 2 of the pieces to our couch were not in stock, so they had to order them. Well, long story short, those pieces never came. Seven months after We purchased the couch, my son sat down. He did not plop or jump. He sat down, and the side frame snapped. Not to mention, the fabric was already separating or unraveling, which might be a better way to describe it. On 7/12/2023, I went into the store to see if we could get a refund for the two pieces that we never received and to let them know that The couch was breaking; the owner proceeded to tell me that he's sold so many of the same sectionals and ours was the only one with issues. Ali, the owner, made it seem like he was going to make it right and said he would have Phil come to our house on 7/17/23 to check out our couch to see what could be done. Monday, 7/17, comes and goes. Phil didn't show up or call. I gave it a week and nothing, not even a phone call! I had to send a grumpy message to get a response. Anyways, Phil comes to our house and proceeds to tell me that the couch is broken. They have sold Four of the same sectionals, and all of them have had problems, so they no longer sell Pondex For this very same reason. He told me that the manufacturer wasn't going to help me. Phil said he would send an email to the manufacturer Regarding the situation. He would CC me in the email. Well, that never happened. He also told me that as of 01/01/23, the manufacturer changed Their warranty and made it retroactive. So I sent him a message requesting documentation showing the manufacturer warranty Changed. What he sent me was the information I found online. I called him because what he sent me had no information about the change no date, nothing about it being retroactive. Phil told me he spoke to the manufacturer, and they said I was basically sh** out of luck. I said well, that doesn't work for me!! A couch is supposed to last 5-15 years, not seven months. I specifically asked if there was a manufacturer warranty for the first year, and they said yes. Phil said they have an extended warranty; however, they didn't recommend it! I purchased a three-piece couch set from Big Lot that was way cheaper, and it lasted years. I had three young, crazy boys. So, seven months with a busted frame and ripped fabric is entirely unacceptable. I told Phil I wanted a couch that was not broken, and clearly, they were aware that what they sold us was garbage. I don't think that is unreasonable Phil said that wasn't going to happen, so I requested a call from Ali, the owner, and never heard back from anyone! I gave them a chance to do the right thing! After everything, we have paid 3k for a busted couch!! Now, I will file a complaint with the FTC and BBB. Hopefully this doesn't happen to another family! I have posted pictures, but it's hard to show the broken frame since the fabric covers it.

Wanted to give a shout out to Phil here at costless, we purchased a couch and live seat here and when we purchased them the manufacture had a 1 year warranty. After about 45 days we had an issue with one of the recliners and the couch needed to be replaced but the manufacturer was refusing to honor the warranty included with our ppurchase. Phil went above and beyond contacting the manufacturer and went as far as speaking with the CEO to resolve the issue. At this point it had been around five months that we had a broken non working couch and we decided to get a different brand to replace them. Phil was amazing and applied Credit to the new purchase in the amount already spent on the previous couches and also applied a discount to the new purchase price to lower the amount we had to pay out of pocket for the newer set. Thank you so much Phil, we appreciate all you have done for us and we will be back if we need anything additional for our home.

My dad was moving into the assisted living center down the road, and I was in a hurry to get a power lift recliner before he moved in. Time was of the essence since he was getting out of the hospital to move in there, and Phil, the salesperson, took care of it ASAP! He helped me find just the right item for a great price and had it moved in the next day before my dad arrived. I couldn't imagine finding a better company to work with during a stressful time. Thank you, Phil and the Costless Warehouse Crew!

I recently had the pleasure of shopping at Costless Furniture in Marysville and I have to say, I was blown away by the experience. Do not buy from here. My family bought a 3 piece sectional in August. 3 days before our 3rd child was born. One section started breaking shortly after we got it. At one point they took in the recliner, only to bring it back still broken and have yet to come back and fix the other sections too. It has been six months and many many phone calls playing phone tag or promising a resolution. So the warranty obviously doesn't mean anything nor the manufacturer doesn't care about their customers.

Best bang for your buck. Honestly come here first before you check another store.
