Refused to fill my medication, the pharmacist said I didn’t “look like I needed it”. I take a stimulant for Multiple Sclerosis… awesome, they made me feel like a low life and drug seeking. Went to Safeway.

It’s very frustrating that my medication is always on back order and they tell me they already have established customers taking what they have and I’m put on the back burner and having to guess where am I in that established line to receive my monthly prescription. I have filled with Costco for years and now told sorry you have to wait and see if they have enough to fill my prescription. Every customer should be a priority.

This Costco pharmacy is wonderful! They regular stock items that other pharmacies wait to order and seamlessly work to get prescriptions transferred from other locations. On top of that, everyone that works here is totally friendly and helpful.

Horrible service. Manager said they'd take our Dyson vacuum back because it no longer works after 2 years, but then said they wouldn't because we don't have the original bag it came with. It has a 5 year warranty and we purchased it at Costco because we believed we'd be in good hands to have them service the warranty.
Not only did the return manager not honor what we believed to be standard Costco service, they literally said they'd take it anyways to appease us and then changed their mind. Worst service ever from Costco and everyone should consider buying their items elsewhere, because Costco WILL NOT honor their service as they've sold themselves to be the "Nordstroms" of big stores. Walmart or Amazon can save you money and then you won't get jacked around by the Costco employees. Well spend our 10k's elsewhere since Costco seems to not appreciate our business any longer! At least with their competition you save money and aren't expecting the "Nordstrom like" serive which Costco apparently no longer honors!!!

This is my home base Costco. It’s great. Always efficient getting in and out. BUT I recently bought a 10x12 shed from here. Costco, you should do a better job vetting out the third party, backyard products/yardline. They lack the expertise. Crew was late to start. Had wrong product to begin. Builder shot himself with nail gun!! 6 hour install process taking two days that I’m having to take off work. After waiting a couple months they wanted to cancel. I had to call them to remind them of the agreed upon build date! Again great store but do a better job vetting out product you sell!!

Pharmacist refused to aspirate when I asked him to for my own piece of mind, when receiving the Covid vaccine. When I asked him why he wouldn't do it, he told me he believes it's bad practice. So this pharmacist believes that ensuring he's administering the Covid vaccine correctly (into my muscle and not accidentally into my bloodstream) is bad practice. Would not recommend.

My husband & I came to buy an item we need today 10/19/20. At 12:11 We proceed to the Cash Registers and saw lines. Cindy the lady assisting Customers to go to available cashiers wanted me & my Husband to fall in line. As I look at the express Cashier fo few items only all the way up front where people go to be tended with few items only, and the Cashier was finishing tending the present customer. So I told my husband lets go upfront for we only have 3 items . CIndy said to me, ( I will decide where to send customers.) I said, is that so? She answered, Yes being Sarcastic and rude. What an attitude. She need to be train to do a customer service. She can talk nicely to any customer. This is the second time she had treated me this way. I am a business owner and know better than to talked to any Customer the way she had done to me . Cindy needs to be train and act like a dedicated employee.

I've never had good experience at membership counters at Costco anywhere. But this Costco's return counter was too much. I went in to return a package of toothbrushes this morning. I used one of them and just didn't like it on my teeth, too soft. The clerk immediately asked me "what's wrong?", I said I didn't like them and not the kind I always use. Then he said "did you buy them a year ago or something?" In my mind: What??? What would make he think so?? He goes to a different computer and said "cause it's not on your card". Ok i didn't bring the receipt but I bought them a few weeks ago with my card. They can find the proof that's why we have a "membership". At that point, I was disgusted and said "it's fine I'll take them back!" He ended up finding the item purchased on my account, and gave me money back. No apology and said "have a nice day" Wow, I've been accused of stealing a Package of toothbrushes after buying hundreds of dollars of stuff? Is that what they do to people who try to return items there? I know for the fact from my past experience that Costco has the worst customer service at the counter, todays experience just proves they've never changed.

Whoever works the front desk by the returns is so rude! Blonde hair green eyes!!!! Didn't catch her name but I sure wish I did. She came off so fricken rude!! Worst experience ever!!!!!!!!
