The machine wash hit the front of my car. Sprayed it with soap and turned on the blowers. I called for a refund and got a voicemail, but not a surprise that they never called me back.

This is specifically for the automatic car wash. I do appreciate the fact that it is touchless and relatively speedy. However it doesn’t seem strong enough to wash bird poop off a car. Might be fine for minor amounts of dirt.

The carwash is pretty good for the price. The vacuums are on the weak side. The carwash lot is pretty taken care of. Pretty decent carwash.

Pretty decent car wash. Some of the buttons don't work. Basically gets the car pretty clean and mostly everything works well.

This is an excellent "No Touch" carwash. It cleans your vehicle very well. Not sure what else to say about a carwash. Lol.

Went here to use the vacuum and self wash today. The vacuum worked great, however the self wash was confusing to set up and ultimately I left with a dirty car. I followed the instructions that were there but I couldn’t get the sprayer to turn on. I even asked another customer if there was a trick but they said it should just turn on. I couldn’t find an employee to help me so I just ended up leaving. This could very well just be a case of me not understanding how to use it, but I think there should be more clear instructions.

Honestly a great car wash, it's nice to have a local-ish (I'm from lake Stevens) TOUCHLESS wash! Just wish it was able to clean wheels a bit better.
