The girl working there, Dijla (she told me her name) was rude and my experience was very uncomfortable with her. When I asked if I can speak to her manager or supervisor she said they were on vavation for A MONTH and threw the coins at me! Horrible!

I'm really glad there's Clarins store near me! Less than 5 minutes drive from my workplace! Very clean store. The Asian lady who assisted me earlier between 4pm to 4:30pm was so kind and helpful! Although we both didn't noticed, I grabbed the tester and paid for it along with the two new bottles, she ran after me and gave me a brand new one when she realized her tester was missing! LOL!

DO NOT SHOP HERE! Everything in this store is FINAL SALE (no returns). The store would not disclose this information until after the transaction.Clarins customer service cannot help if you have any dispute with this specific store. You also CANNOT get price match (and no returns). This store also offer less samples than website or major department stores like Macys or Nordstrom.Customers get less values here!

I really wish they able to ship items. A product that I have been using for years is discontinued, and I'm located in Portland where there is no stores. If I was able to order and have it shipped I'd order multiples. Now I won't able to get and I have very sensitive and have used this for 15+ years. Very frustrated!!!!

very helpful staff. great products and value on my hand cream and orchid serum. i showed up a few weeks before my birthday and the kind staff gave me my birthday gift early since i don’t come up north that often.

I always knew the brand Clarins but never got into it and always perceived it as "spendy" but going into this store is such fun- learning, trying, seeing awesome products at great deals. The savings are great but they do not really matter now, I'm hooked with this store and the results! I have my favorites for my beauty secrets. Visit them to find yours with the help of the Store Manager and her team- very friendly and experts!

The few times I went in, they had great sets but that's about it. The store is nice and clean but besides that, the manager of this store racially profiles every single person that walks in. If you choose to go, go later at night where her employees are a little more pleasant and willing to help. The employees there really work hard to get you what you need but sheesh the manager is very rude and should learn from her employees!!
