He went out of his way to make sure we found exactly what We were looking for and provided valuable recommendations. His patience and knowledge made our shopping experience truly enjoyable. Great staff, a decent selection, the Boluva area was quite small, but they did have some great deals on various Citizen Brands here, I will definitely be back and will most likely buy my next Citizen/Bulova/Alpina from here.

I was originally just browsing, but the lady who helped me was absolutely wonderful. She new more about Citizen than the most pretentious watch collector's. And I managed to come in on the last day of the 65% off sale. If I lived in the area I would more than definitely come back.

They have a large selection on Citizen watches here. The watch I am interested in is around $500.00 . The woman I spoke to on the phone was much more helpful than the guys in the store. The watch has many features and I would like them explained before I buy the watch. I do plan to go back and will make a appointment to see the woman.

Wanted to get my watch some new batteries and I thought it would take an hour or so. (I'm new to the watch collecting community so dont judge lol). But the citizen store was able to do it in less than 30 minutes. I was very pleased. Will go here again whenever I want to get a new watch or if I want my watch to be fixed. Amazing customer service as well. Weren't pushy when trying to show me something. And they were very nice people.

I went in looking for good deals on watches for gifts and found what I wanted.The store is smallish, but well laid out and the selection was somewhat better than I had expected to find. The price I found in the store was competitive, and I bought three simple Eco Drive watches.Just meeting my expectations earns three stars, the Citizen store gets four because of the variety of watches they had in stock and the very competitive price on the model of watch I wanted.
