Shannon is amazing. So helpful and friendly, I was stuck on the ferry and missed my deadline… She worked with me to save my Martin mandolin. Life happens.
She has helped with several other purchases in the past. Always nice to see her smiling face.

They are really friendly with Natives I'm native american I know the manager even a native american works with them their lovely people and I enjoy conversation with them I enjoy being there they do right with their customers i have been going there for years and will still go there so I can say they are not racist towards native american people

I take in a brand new jl audio subwoofer with enclosure that retails for 549 and they offer me $60 saying they won't get much for it and it will take awhile to sell. They used to be fair but now it's legal robbery taking advantage of people that are hard up. STAY AWAY

This place is now a joke, been going there for years using my Tribal id, even got a loan using my Tribal card just last week on some games, just went to go pick them up all of a sudden I can't because the manager says the NEVER have accepted tribal Id, I was a good customer I'm never going back to this place again!! They are Racist towards Native Americans!! Tribal id is a legal form of id and is supposed to be accepted!!

Predatory Lending....this company is one of the worst. Not only did my daughter bring them a switch but she included 20 games with it. Those were atleast $30-60/each retail and in total was given $50 for her "lack of buisness" with them. Wow!!!!! Now that was on a pawn. She missed the pick up date and they shelved it. She went to pick up and they had sold 5 of the games already and they were priced at a disgusting $20-30each!!!!! Her switch was $280!!!!! So $880 for her $50 pawn....DISGUSTING!!!!!!!

This place is a joke. Terrible prices joke employees, and a lot of out dated things they are selling never go here it’s for you’re own good might lose all ur money on buying a used power tool that’s about to dam near fall apart.

Terrible place and customer service, the older falsely accused me of saying this place is a scam after walking out the door after being offered 60 bucks a guitar and amp that is worth 350 alone, the older lady told me to shut my mouth and own up to me saying that and she repeated that 4 times to me. After coming back again that very same day, but in reality this place really is a scam the workers are terrible the prices are terrible and talk about out dated items in poor condition they sell them. For the love of god never waste your time going here.

The most horrible experience! Went in last week to sell my top of the line Hilti hand tools worth 1500 they offered me 220 but I passed on it. Then I go in today and another lady who didn’t no nothing only wanted to give me 100 telling me the last lady quoted me wrong! Then when I ask her what site they look the tools value on she said eBay so I open up eBay and showed her to her face that she was a fat lie and I put her in her place! In what world can you buy 8 power tools with 2 battery’s and a charger for a 100 dollars! Please people do not do business with them!

So I deleted my post on my firearms purchase . I was accidentally misinformed. The manager made it a point to contact me had me come down and took care of me and did a full refund on my firearms that I purchased. I had a denial due to the new Washington state laws and now have to have them taken care of again, this was no-fault of the pawnshops or mine. I am a valid CPL holder. and could purchase firearms. However, like I said, a employee had misinformation and I my battery bill and just want to turn it into a good review because they went above and beyond to make it right into care of me Shannon and Keira are great people and they always try to look out for the best interest of their customers I can attest to that.

This place is ridiculous, I went in with 2 flat screen tvs and they offered me 5$, this place clearly tried to scam me so they could “get tvs on there wall” woman’s exact words.
