I’m reevaluating my last review and have since been back several times to this location but today was the last time that I will visit this location.
I’m canceling my membership due to the individual shown in this picture. And the lack of concern from management for this individual’s actions. He had asked us to go around the building and that he would save our spot in line and once we came back around to where we should’ve been in line he allowed several vehicles to pass through ahead us and had walked away giving attitude and an excuse & wouldn’t put us back in line as he said he would after asking us to go around the building and stated that we had gotten out of line. Also it shows that theirs poor leadership from management at the Marysville location and the unprofessionalism of the staff and lack of concern for the incident that took place.
If I could I would give 0 stars for this location and staff as a whole.

I have always had great service at Wet Rabbit Car Wash in Marysville. Unfortunately, I left with a bad taste in my mouth and a dirty truck after visiting them at 1110 am on May 4th, 2024. The people spraying cars prior to entering the car wash were terrible. My truck was dirty. I paid for the highest level wash. They barely pre-sprayed my truck and left lots of dirt and grime ay the base if the windshield and side windows. All it would have taken was a little more care and energy to blast the grime away before sending me through the car wash.
After getting through the car wash, having my truck hand dried, I noticed the subpar conditions (I have pics) after the first wash. Reluctantly, I spun around and went back through the line and explained my displeasure to the money guy. He went in the office and came back and Authorized a rewash. When I got back to the respray guys, I waved several times to try to get then to talk to me. Despite seeing me waving, they ignored me. Finally, after seeing that they were not going to respray the areas I was concerned about, I rolled the windows and tried to communicate with one of them. Without taking off his earphones, he scowled at me and told me to pull forward because I was holding the line up. He refused to listen to anything I said and off I went back through the car wash. Despite having gone through the 2nd time, my truck was still dirty. This could have all been resolved with good customer service that seemed to not be there that day.
My wife and I are frequent customers, always tip the workers, and left disappointed on this occasion. I hope management will speak to those working that day and adjust expectations of their workers. I'll be back for another try to see if anything changes. If it doesn't, I'll find a new place to wash our vehicles.
