Never responded to my email, and when I called he was about as confusing as possible to talk to, and wouldn’t listen to anything I was trying to ask about repairing my upholstery. Didn’t seem like he wanted to even look at a picture to see what could be done. Maybe he is good at what he does but unsure how you can get him to do work reliably

I was very pleased with the work done on my sofa cushions. They were in sad shape and they made them look like new! I will definitely go back for upholstery work in the future. Great place to go.

I selected Custom Upholstery to reupholster my ski boat after looking at their website, getting many competitive bids, and talking to Bob. My job was about as complex as a ski boat gets, so capability was crucial, not just low price. Bob was very responsive, willing to give me a ballpark estimate which encouraged me to make the 90-minute drive from my house. His price was considerably lower than the other estimates, at the quality i expected and turned the whole boat around in 3 weeks (during rush season no less). I couldn't ask for more. I definitely recommend Custom!
