From the outside presentation I would normally pass this store up. It is not very inviting but I took a glance inside one day and was amazed at what they had. I have been shopping in this store now for about two years and spend an average of $500 per month. Sometimes more. The staff have always been friendly and helpful. They have made suggestions for birthdays, anniversaries, etc, when I have not found what I was looking for or had no idea what to give. Really great up selling skills for sure. Last week was the last week I will step foot in this store. Management has changed and although the new manager is friendly enough instead of trying to make a sale, she made suggestions on what other stores I could shop at in the area. Also, I don't know who the gentleman was that was there (I assume the owner as he obviously was the managers boss) but hearing how the staff was being treated and talked about when there were customers in the store was alarming. The disrespectfulness of this man has given me reason not to give any more of my money to this business

Employees don’t seem to be engaged with guest traffic but overall good deals. Most stuff is Costco overflow or Costco returns.

Too many other options for Liquidators that are willing to wheel and deal. They have a reasonable selection, but no flexibility to play the game, even when comprable products are on sale at the original box stores they came from.

This store Is amazing. The selection was great and the employees were very knowledgeable. I can't remember the last time I was treated so well in a store. Glad to know there is still good customer service in these uncertain times. Big box has gained a new regular customer. Thank you!!
