I have waited 4 DAYS to pay rent because either your online banking is “down” or the lobby is filled to the brim. I have limited days I can go in and get rent so doesn’t help when everything is failing all the time

I entered this branch location and the young lady that greeted me was hostile and unfriendly. Really made me feel like going to a different bank.
Thankfully, the associate who assisted me with the matter at hand was decent and helpful, so the matter at hand was taken care of

I was there Saturday to deal with fraud but the charge is still there. I went back but the wait was so long and they were in no hurry. It won't let me withdraw my money from the ATM. Don't trust BECU.
