Peilan S. was extremely helpful, willing to work with my partner & I and treated us as humans. Things were busy but she was very patient and charismatic, we had good chats while waiting for confirmation from the Everett location. Absolute night and day difference between the previous teller we'd tried to work with.Earlier this week, we were helped by Teresa B. and my experience with her had me leaving the bank feeling so discouraged and alienated I was ready to switch banks. She accused me 3 different times of making late payments, even this current month when the payment she was accusing me of being late on is due TODAY. I have been a customer with BECU my entire adult life, my first car and every one of my loans have been through them; and paid off (early). The coldness I received from Teresa B. was entirely uncalled for.

I'm most likely going to switch banks. This is insane the wait to get help at becu. All of these branches leaving people waiting for hours to be seen. You don't have issues like this with other banks. Becu also is no longer a member friendly bank. It's all about the money here. The last 3 times I've came I've had to walk out the door because I ran out of time and couldn't wait to be helped. It's really sad how i can have hundreds of thousands of dollars in my account and Soo little help

I went in to cash a check via shared credit Union but they couldn't do it because they don't have cash at this branch. It was super busy and I waited over an hour to be told that in the end. To say I was disappointed is an understatement

My husband and I had a great experience opening a joint account , and 4 additional accounts for him and our kids. BECU has been a great banking experience for me for many years and I’m happy my whole family will be benefiting now as well. Nicole C was very helpful. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and quick even with us opening 5 brand new accounts.

really needs to be more actual bank teller locations...without having to drive to Everett to do anything a small office can't do. tiis one only has 2 atms and a line can end up outside sometimes at random times...... (like close a checking account with money in it for example). but i've had nothing but "mostly" positive experiences here... the security methods/checks are super annoying. as in you can get your credit account locked for any reason at random just for "their" security purposes and have to deal with phone calls to some faceless random person working from home in Georgia, Florida or timbuktu..if you go inside to talk to some one they have to make the same phone call... so now its two random people with all your info... not sure how that's secure but ok... its sadly just what you have to deal with.... other then that. becu is the best place i know of for any banking/credit/loan services . my longest and shortest wait times at any location for whatever reasons has been 8seconds up to 45 mins usually im in and out within 5 to 15

I waited about 30 minutes to replace a debit card and when it was my time it was only then I was told the card machine was broken. I have a very busy week working 12 hour shifts and I don’t have a lot of time in the day to drive out to becu and wait to print a card. People that go there are typically figuring out loans and paperwork that takes a lot longer than printing a card. Typically when I go it only takes 5 minutes.The lady that helped me was in the main office.Instead of being offered a solution she told me she couldn’t do anything at all. I had to ask her questions and figure out a solution by myself. When I asked if she could verify if the other locations had a working card machine she argued against me saying “they always work” rather than simply checking. I said every time I got a card reprinted at this location the machine is always working. And then she got sassy with me and “oh no definitely not in my 15 years”Instead of helping me find a solution she argued with me and wasted more time. I’m never coming to this location again what a waste of time and money. They should’ve had a sign up front about their broken machine.

Lori is the absolute BEST! She is quick, informative, resourceful and so nice. She helped my husband and I with about 6 different things and had a smile on her face the entire time. Explaining the products offered, useful tips, and helping find the answers was greatly appreciated. Highly recommend!

**what I said earlier**Literally the slowest bank on planet earth. But the workers are nice so that’s a plus.*UPDATE HERE*Little did I know before I made assumptions about this Branch. Was that the card machine was down and so it so happens that most the people there were in need of a new debit card. But I didn’t think people did this but the manager Jerry or Jeri (not sure of the spelling sorry) called me and told me what happened and was genuinely appreciative of what I said earlier! She made sure I got what it was I was there for it was super refreshing to know they care and follow up!! Thank you! Drink water everyone it’s hot out!!

I would not recommend going there if you need to request a wire transfer. Not sure why it’s an option on their appointment menu. I needed to wire funds from my BECU account to an external account and the BECU employee said she could not help me. She wasn’t very welcoming in general either. I was also the only person waiting in the lobby, there were 3 employees who were not assisting other customers, and it felt like it took a while for one of them to assist me. I usually have great experiences at the other BECU branches I’ve been to but I will be sure to avoid this branch in the future.
