“I have been a customer of the Marysville branch of NFCU about 5 years, best bank I've ever used. Anyone with a relative (dead or living), or even room mate who is or has been in the armed forces, can join. I began coming here due their high CD rates, better even than most of the online banks, and they have many local branches where you can visit your money. This had been the closest branch to me accessible to civilians, a couple months ago they opened a new one near Alderwood Mall. I go there for simple stuff, but still consider Marysville my branch. So I went up to change some CD's to higher new rates. I was expecting to pay the penalty for breaking our deal, and was told the fees would be waived! I couldn't believe it. Always so friendly, and extra spiffy being in the Naval Support Complex, which despite the name, is accessible to civilians.”
“I visited WaFd Marysville, WA with a question about an account that my recently deceased mother left as benificiary to myself and my 3 sisters. Diana was very helpful. I assumed in could be a long process, however I left with a check within 15 minutes. She also assisted one sister who lives out of state. I'm not a customer of WaFd bank, but I was treated like one. They arranged for the funds to be released immediately to my bank. Excellent service.”

She helped the two of my sisters and I get a very important document notarized for the recent death in our family. She was extremely kind and caring. She also helped me setup a new credit card afterwards and was extremely helpful with information and made the whole process super easy and convenient.

I popped into my local branch for some basic banking, expecting the usual runaround, complications and waiting, so I went early and totally prepared for anything.
But guess what? I was paired with Lillian, one of their BECU representative, and I can honestly say I haven’t had such a fantastic banking experience in my life! She was incredibly knowledgeable, sweet, and so accommodating to my requests, juggling everything with such grace!
If I could recommend anyone to work with at this location, it would be Lillian hands down. I don’t think there was a single moment I didn’t enjoy her presence and have a smile on my face. I got everything I needed done and more, and I left incredibly satisfied with my experience! I was sad to hear she was possibly leaving to another branch as I would love to bank with her again!

“I’m not sure why this bank isn’t rated higher, my experience has always been exceptional. Even with lines the longest I’ve waited is 2-3 minutes &, in those scenarios, a gal, I’m guessing the manager, walks through the line, answering questions, being kind & generally helpful. She seems to know everyone’s first name.What prompted me to write a review was my trip to the bank today, where I watched her go up to an elderly woman with a walker, welcome her in by name, engaged in some chit chat, but also offered to stand in line for her so she could sit comfortably in a chair while she waited.It’s those types of little things that seem to be hard to come by these days. It melted my heart & was a good reminder that good people drive good businesses.So to said manager (or whatever your role might be), well done. Whoever owns that branch would be proud of you, I was too, & the sense of community your contributing to.”

“Went in the branch for a simple transaction in my mind. Deposit cash into one of my drivers account so the funds are available immediately for his timed payments. Was informed that they won't take cash as a deposit into someone else's account. I can do a money order which will have an immediate hold. Or zelle. I wasn't happy I was mad. So I get loud want to see the manager. I wait. The manager seems free so I enter the cubicle chandlers there. I say are you the manager? No can I help you? Yes the manager ....can I see if I can help you? Yeah the manager! So then I tell him what need he exclaims that the policy is correct. So I ask again for the manager! He points to the next cubicle. From that cubicle echoes the voice of an angel with starlight in her eyes and love in her heart. Katie says come on in here honey I will see what I can do. We talked we laughed she was hawt. She could've melted asphalt in January in northern Wisconsin. She approved the deposit. With a smile on her face warmth in her heart I even got a hug. Her husband is a very lucky man. Total reversal of attitude on my part. Thank you everyone there.”

“I recently stopped in to open up a small business account. It was the end of the day so they couldn’t really help me which I don’t blame them. They re-scheduled me for next available date. And they assured me they would have everything ready to go when I came in. Jame was ready to go to help assist me. I appreciate her professionalism and also an easy person to talk to. It was her 1st business account with Wells Fargo so it took a little longer but it was fine. Overall it was a great experience and I will be coming to them for future help.”
