“Yesterday July 23rd while on my way to Seattle a truck with no cover on it pulled in front of Us. Stuff was flying out of the back and something hit our windshield. We had two impact points on our windshield. We called State farm to file a claim. Within minutes of hanging up Rainer Auto Glass called. Peter made us an appointment the next day 9 am . We arrived a few minutes early. Peter greeted us and our car was taken back right away . Less then an hour later Peter gave us back our keys and sent us on our way. Service is fast. Staff very friendly. Price was fantastic. Definitely would recommend to anyone and will return in a heartbeat if ever in need of a new windshield again. Thank you Rainers Auto Glass”
“Can not say enough great things about Nelson and the team at Randy’s Offroad! They made my experience flawless, and best of all a one stop shop. They were able to put on my van a 2” lift kit, pre runner front bumper, headlights, running lights, spot lights, tires and wheels, a new windshield, window tint, a new horn, and even helped me with the radio. Not only was it a one stop shop they were able to get the van done on time to be able to make our trip around the Olympic Peninsula. Could not recommend a more professional, helpful, and personable shop. Thank you all at Randy’s, I highly recommend.”

John conducted a thorough inspection and determined that the alternator was the culprit. Unfortunately, this happened just before a holiday. “Fantastic mechanic! Bones always takes care of me with my mechanical needs, I've been there quite a few times in the past year as my car has given me nothing but troubles. He always gives me a cash discount and has even done some work for free when it was simple things like headlight bulb replacements, and my catalytic convertor when it was clogged. He has earned my business and 5 stars! I will definitely recommend others here if they need an honest mechanic. He sometimes takes a bit to respond to voicemails but that's because he is very busy. I wouldn't go anywhere else!”

“My car kept overheating and I needed it fixed right away as I was going to be leaving town in just a few days. He took my car in with no wait and finished exactly when he said he would. The shop is a little hidden, but well worth seeking out. He does good work, and is a nice guy to boot. I would heartily reccomend giving him a shot if/when you need work done on your car. I've moved out of Marysville now but if I were still living in the area I would bring my vehicles to James whenever I needed something.”

“James was very helpful since the the time i called him till i got my car back all fixed . Had issue with my Jeep and with my panic moment i took my car to the dealership (bad idea)with they quoted me a insane amount especially because was not on the warranty anymore plus the date that would get done was not the best either. His team work so hard and got done in less than 1 day so he saved me money with the rental car and the price that he quoted me was very resoanable in my view. My car was filled with coolant in the pan due to the leak on the radiator but sure enought they did a great job cleanup and all. Really happy and hope this review will catch people attention and see that there is always a good reliable mechanic out there.”
“My car lost power and the check engine light came on while I was driving on the freeway this morning. I went to auto zone to have them put a reader on it and get a DTC code. I was scared to drive my car too far not knowing what was wrong so I googled auto shops. I called this one and Chad was very helpful he told me to come in right away and he would squeeze me in. I was there for about 2 hours and they checked everything out that would cause this issue. They did not end up finding anything wrong but said because I had so much corrosion built up on my battery that probably caused it to lose connection. I am just so thankful they got me in right away and put me at ease so I felt comfortable driving my car again. I have never been here before but will definitely be going back. They were great and again thank you!”
“This is the best service I’ve ever experienced at any car repair shop! Brian was handling my car repair where he was super patient and responsive on answering my questions and providing my regular updates. I find no difficulties at all reaching to him! Due to my personal travel reason, I had to delay my vehicle pickup for sometime where Brian was super kind hearted to understand my scenarios and help arrange the car pickup upon my return. I find no difficulty to reaching them for help if I had one. The overall repair process was smooth and prompt. The body repair was also perfect. It felt like a brand new car after repair where the outer repair was flawless and looked like it never got damaged in the first place.
One recommendation I probably have is to have a post-repair sanity check. There were some small glitches when the car pieces were put back. In my cases, the driver side seat belt didn’t retract, the light fell off the car ceiling, and the doors couldn’t be locked or opened from the inside of vehicle. I don’t think these was repair issues, but rather assembly issues after repair, so a post-repair checkups could possibly reduce the changes of these small glitches. These issues were also actively and promptly resolved within hours, so I’m still satisfied with the repair process.
In summary, the overall experience is awesome at this place. Brilliant service and perfect repairing skills. Credits to Brian and his team. Despite some small issues, I would definitely recommend this place.”

“I went in to Big O Tires for the first time to get an alignment. Dorian was friendly when scheduling my appointment and upon arrival. During the check out process Dorian and the tall guy with the infectious smile (didn’t get his name, but you’ll know him) were super personable. I was surprised to learn that they were both new. They didn’t try to upsell me or get me to commit to another service/product. Awesome customer service! Before going in, when I let go of my wheel, my car veered right. I tested it when I got my car back and she’s perfectly aligned. Taking into consideration, the price, quality, and customer service, I would highly recommend Big O Tires for your next service!”

“Ive been coming to Formula tire for over 20 years, they have always treated me right and done a great job in a timely manner. Recently got a huge rock in a tire that couldnt be repared so I had a set of used tires put on and once again the guys down at Formula Tire did a great job. Got me in quickly and got my tires put on for me and got me back on the road. Will always recommend giving Greg a call for any tire needs.”
