I went to this store around 4:30PM, 1/8/24. The first young man is not good. I just wanted to reactive the text feature again. But he said my plan can’t have that feature. He is leak of knowledge about ATT products. I had that feature before.Then I waited for other clerk to help me since I am 100% sure my plan has that feature. The second man are great. He is very knowledgeable. I give him 5 stars.

I called in advance, to the smokey point location, to let them know I was coming in. They helpfully explained that they were all assisting other customers and if I came in in about 20 minutes, they would be more available for me. When I got there, they immediately recognized my voice from over the phone and took care of my issue. It took a little longer than expected on the computers end but they were very accommodating in the meantime and they didn't give up. The whole situation was a little stressful as to be expected but they made the best out of it and I was actually very comfortable and felt welcome and obligated to revisit this location. A big thank you to Tyler (The employee who helped me while I was there, he matched me and my brothers personalities well and helped us feel at ease)5☆ ~ Thank You!

Tyler was amazing! Went above and beyond for us! We really appreciated the amount of information he shared as we felt like we were able to make an educated decision about our purchase! Definitely did NOT feel like a salesman! Thanks Tyler!

The store was completely empty so you would think that the customer service would be better. Upon walk in, an associate, Martin, barley looked up from his phone and was hardly eager to provide assistance. Any conversation initiation was started on our end and his responses/answers were lacking in depth and knowledge. It felt like he just wanted customers to leave and be left alone. When we began looking at phones on our own, he was back to head knodding or on his phone. Our family is an easy sale, we usually do all prior research and have a good idea of what we're looking for and need minor assistance... the "assistance" here was greatly lacking. Maybe it was a bad day for Martin; but we wont be going back to this AT&T location.

I went yesterday to return an unopened apple watch that I got the other day with a phone that I purchased for a gift. First, I was really mislead about the charges on the watch so I decided to return. I was working with a gentleman to process the return and HUGO came over from another table and stated to me we are going to return the watch first. I then responded to him that I was ONLY returning the watch not the phone. He then said I did not say that and I said yes you did. When I tried to explain again that I was only returning the watch he told me to be quiet and that I was rude. Of course at that point, I am mad. VERY RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE. On tope of it, they could not even figure out the math to breakdown taxes between the phone and watch. It was all on one receipt and one charge. It was horrible and So I am letting SCARLETT the supposed manager know that this is not acceptable. Also, they charged me a restocking fee and made me pay another $8.00 on top of the $55.00 fee to return the watch. Today after calling CS, I received a $63.00 credit because of the rude treatment. DO BETTER ATT, I have been a customer since 2005 and this is not OK. Shame on Hugo for being rude and not listening.

I was there for about 30 minutes with no access to account, no bill, and no changes of substance. When I told staff I was mad with her and felt nothing had been done . Staff threw a tantrum and went stomping into back room yelling, “well, I am not gonna help you now.” I waited a few minutes for her to recover from her tantrum and left.

Although the two reps were busy with customers, they both worked as a team to welcome us, let us know they'd be with us as soon as they were done with the customers they were with, they were efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable. Make for a quick, seamless experience.

Amanda was amazing!!! She was also great and multitasking, but at the same time, giving each customer her full attention. That woman's deserves a raise!! I came in for a few reasons and she was very knowledgeable and when I can back if after receiving an approval, she took the time with me then as well!

Stopped by about 15 minutes ago as my new iPhone 15 had arrived. I was patient, I explained I had arrived to pick up the new phone. The gentleman helping me was highly unprofessional and had an extremely condescending demeanor; everything he said was negative and sarcastic. He was unable to answer or address my questions as to whether I needed to ship my old phone or turn it in at the store. I politely asked if I could be the one to open the box, as I said yes to having the phone activated there because the simplicity of the process was unexplained to me entirely. In response to this I was told “Yeah why I ask if you want me activate it, people like to cry when I open their phone, the instructions are in the box to activate.” All the while combative. I told him yes it was better than dealing with him, and I was met with being told “[not to] don’t come back here okay.”So I guess I will be driving and buying all of my accessories at another location.I have never had a worse experience in a customer service orientation atmosphere.Everyone else here is very knowledgeable, polite and professional; so, I just recommend avoiding this individual. Not hard to miss him, as he is only one who carries himself haphazardly and is visibly miserable.Happy shopping.

My experience on 8/28/23 (with Amanda) buying a new phone was a 5 star experience. Today however, this Marysville Smokey Point Store gets a lowly 1star. The 3 staff tonight were busy helping others but not one person acknowledged us or the customers right after us. We waited awhile and finally we and those behind us left. The power of making eye contact & saying “I’ll be right with you” should not be ignored! Earlier today I called the store to ask a simple question only the store could answer. When a guy finally answered - he said he had to put me on hold …. Next thing I know I’m on with the automated AT&T. Then I decided I’d just drop into the store.Please do better. Basic customer service skills go a long way.

My wife and I went to purchase a sim card for our RV's Winegard system yesterday and the young lady that helped us was very knowledgeable on both the products and services. She was amazing and had great customer service skills. Her name was hard to pronounce but began with an "A." She gets an A+.

Elizabeth was super helpful! Took her time explaining everything. Helped us switch from a different carrier and get a new phone. Recommend coming here.
