We first worked with Armond on the purchase of our home in 2019 and had a wonderful experience as new buyers being guided by Armond. 5 years later, it was time to put that home on the market and we knew right away, Armond was the realtor for the job. He has immense knowledge in the industry and brings experience to the table that you'd want to have in this day and age of home buying/selling. Armond is a bulldog for his clients, creative with complex contracts and offers, and doesn't take no for an answer, he will always search for the best possible outcome for his clients and we felt that. We also felt like we where Armond's top priority all of the time, regardless of him listing multiple homes and helping others buy, we know that Armond prioritizes his time well so all his clients feel like they are his only clients. 1000/10 recommend Armond, we plan to have him in our corner for all future transactions!

We've worked with Armond several times over the last few years. Most currently he helped us sell our house back in December 23' and then helped us with our next buy this year and closed in May. We had a very unique situation and never once did he let us lose the faith during the 6 months in-between. His knowledge and expertise got us through the rough patches and never once did he falter in fighting for US and what we were looking for. His knowledge and expertise is above and beyond and top tier. He's the pitbull you want fighting for you in your corner. In markets like these it helps to have a bulldog in your corner! Armond is knowledgeable and encouraging throughout the entire process. Armond was awesome during the sale of our home in Wa state. We had to move out of state before the sale of the house, however Armond had to mow & water in our absence as well as deal with an electrical contractor for us. His expertise helped us sell the home for a better price than we would have received if we had used another realtor. He also helped to find our lost cat who took off during the remodeling & construction.
