This is my second time to buy a house with Tanya and the DeFalco Romack Team and both experiences were Great and I couldn't be happier. Tanya and Lacey are very professional and always attentive. Communications with them are always easy and clear and no matter there would be any problem they are always there for you. I can't Thank them enough and can't think of any other but this team if I would buy a house again. It was truly a pleasure to work with Tanya and Lacey and I highly recommend!

Love them! Reviews for two occasions:December 2020 - I just refinanced with the same team and everything went so well! They are now with Absolute Mortgage and the company change had no negative impact on service.Communication is quick, clear, and accommodating (I am a big texter). They helped us to come up with the best scenario to meet our goals and we ended up with a great deal (thanks to super-low rates). We will gladly refer The DeFalco Romack Team and continue to work with them!April 2019 - Tanya and her team were so great to work with. They made the process as seamless as possible and made everything work with our unique home buying situation. They're great at what they do and super sweet. Rosa was awesome! She took care of us and got us a better rate for our refinance when we were turned away from other places. When we had questions she would always give us a straight answer and if she didn't know she would figure it out and get back to us right away. The whole refinancing process is a lot of work but she made it as easy as possible for us and we are very appreciative of that. My wife and I are very happy we called Absolute Morgage and got paired up with Rosa. She has helped us save thousands of dollars over the course of the loan. I highly recommend her!
