I stopped in on Friday the 6th to look and buy a Honda Element and I was treated not very well. They made me feel that I was not wanted there. Asked a few questions and they gave me a key I asked about the price and that's when it went south.

I've had wonderful experiences at A&V. They have amazing prices, nice vehicles and really friendly staff. They have never shown any pressure to buy anything. They don't try to hide anything from you and are very knowledgeable when you ask questions. My favorite part about shopping there is they are not like other lots that chase you down, they actually let you browse without bugging you.

I have purchased two cars from this dealership and can't say enough good things about them. Their customer service is incredible, as they drove from Marysville to Renton twice to pick up cars that had been in accidents and were no longer drivable, for FREE. They are the first place I go when looking for a used car. I drive from Maple Valley to Marysville to their dealership as I have not found any used car dealership that is comparable.
