I apologize, but I have to lower my rating for 7-Eleven from 3 stars to 1 star. On June 20th at 11:32 PM, I made an $8.49 purchase using my EBT card at a 7-Eleven location. Upon reviewing my bank statement, I discovered that the same transaction was charged to my bank account as well, resulting in a duplicate charge for the full $8.49. While the total amount is minor, I'm concerned about this unexpected charge. I contacted the store to address the issue, but unfortunately, the store employees were unable to resolve it. I will be returning to the store tomorrow morning to speak with the manager and request a refund for the duplicate charge. There's no reason I should be charged $8.42 on my EBT card which is how I paid and the money be taken from there as well as my bank account that is not attached to my EBT!!!!!
FYI the store I'm referring to is 7-Eleven on 9th nickerson in Queen Anne

They have a scam going where they don't give people their small change if they pay cash. Happens every single time. They get away with it knowing most people wont complain about 5 cents but it has to add up. Not going back.

Came in for a quick stop for snack and beer. Selection is on par with other quick stop stores. Cashier wasn't to thrilled to be there, and looked annoyed I interrupted his tv watching

I couldn't be more pleased with the service provided at this 7-11. The gentleman running it is incredibly honest. I mistakenly gave too much money when paying and walked out the door before either of us realized. When I called him back he was more than happy to review the security footage and check the til to help me fix my own error. In a situation where he could have been very dishonest and pocketed the extra cash, he chose honesty and that's more and more rare these days.

The bathroom at this location is absolutely horrific. The health department needs to pay a visit immediately. There is defecation everywhere. Not even exaggerating. Read the reviews.EDIT TO ADD: like other said, they DO have card skimmers!! They tried charging my card $125 after I left the location and had paid inside! AVOID this place!!
