Well the star changed owners have cleaned up quite a bit, but what I went in to get the Dr Pepper and the bottles that I get a different local store they were charging me $7.50 something like that all the door for two bottles they said there was no two for five deal. But everybody has the two for $5. It usually comes out to $5.45 , so that means they were charging me $2 extra

The night shift guys is very rude I was waiting to get my rewards card and he told me I was wasting time when I'm trying to register my app and he refuse to let me buy a drink and chips.

The dude with the spider on his neck doesn't put any effort into his job. He barely listens to what you say and shows visible signs of frustration and annoyance with every customer. I've been going to this place almost every day because it's near my work. No effort to be more than a place people need to visit due to proximity.

Since new management, the straws are somehow weaker and break more easy, and when I was there I got some weird looks from the cashier that made me feel a little uneasy

Your 5 senses tell you about a place when you first walk in. My nose is telling me 20 people puked in this place. Not changing out their rugs? Not deep cleaning? Something in the back? It's only gotten worse from a month or so ago. #FDA !!?

This is the worst franchise I have ever seen. My 70 yr old friend went to purchase a newspaper and was informed by the clerk/owner? That because he put the monies on the counter and not his hand, he was being disrespectful. When my friend responded, he was told, "I know how you dirty Indians are. This is not the Rez." My friend was taken aback,reiterated he was trying to make his purchase. The clerk then repeated his demand and told him to get the fuck off his property and threatened to call police. When asked by another about the incident, he acknowledged the conversation verbatim to her and threatened the same police action and flipped her off as she exited the store. Obviously, it is a racial and prejudiced store. I encourage all who have any moral consciousness to avoid.

Expired food and beverages!!! When asked about it they asked me instead to leave the store lol. People working are friendly and good but store is a complete mess. Food on the grills are undercooked sometimes over cooked enough to make it hard like rock. I even took a video of owner himself picking fallen taquito from ground and put it back on the grill. Totally disgusted!!! ***Can anyone tell me where can I upload the video so that Health department people can come and check their sanitation*** This could be the reason their EBT is down for months now.

I like their service.their employee are very kind and friendly.and this seven eleven food is better than other seven eleven store.I told them to make a fresh pizza slice for me they did it within 2 minute.I appreciate their uber service or door dash too coz they provide the food fresh.when it came to my house the food was hot and seems like make it right now.thanks ?

The men who work here are always so kind! Talkative and friendly, letting me know ways to save money by using a rewards phone number, and NEVER creepy, unlike a lot of corner store/gas station employees. Everyday lately I get the pumpkin spice flavor from the coffee machine, or the French vanilla when not in the season of Fall, and their machine must be cleaner or newer than the others, because it’s far more flavorful (today it wasn’t as flavorful but 5/7 days it is) in comparison to the other 7-11 locations in Marysville. Also, even though this location is a prime spot for addicts to either loiter or use drugs at, the employees at this store make sure to shoo them away when they’re standing out front, in turn making this location safer than the others as well. The location near Fred Meyers is closest to me, but it’s disgusting and I always feel unsafe going there, the employees are okay but could use work on their customer service skills, highly recommend this location to everyone in Marysville!

I went in this store about a month ago and I was going to get a big gulp but I changed my mind after seeing the mold and dried up soda syrup all over the overflow tray and the fruit flies flying everywhere and there was 2 people working just having a good ole time doing nothing I told them about it and they looked at me like I was crazy I said take a look for yourself neither did you would think they would clean it right away I'm sure it's still the same mess I haven't been back since
