This place saved my day!! Shane gave me a courtesy jump when my battery died in QFC parking lot. He was supposed to be on his lunch break. He also gave me tips to remove the corrosion from my battery. Thank you!!

Great service half the price of other local garages.

Wildness Auto has always taken care of my families cars like family. They even service our company vehicles. Always on point with beginning to end services. Shopped around for better pricing and came to the conclusion that their pricing is the most competitive. Keep up the great work and cheers to Glenn and his crew!!

I had this place service my 2016 Jeep sarhara wrangler for overheating issues. All they do is “inspect it” tell me that the surface for the thermostat is bad, fix it, then slap a new one on all for $516. That’s fine. Well then I take it up an incline and look at that, 230 degrees. Jeep should be running well below that. So I then call and they tell me to bring it in. All good so far. But then I talk to one of the techs, and I say, “hey I’ll be about 50 minutes is that ok?” and he gets all sarcastic with me.
It’s fine if I have to wait a day to bring it in since I’m a ways out but you don’t have to be a jerk about it.
Another thing I want to add:
The second day my Jeep was being serviced they told me that my old thermostat was actually fine. But they still put a new one on. And charged me!! Why replace it when the old one is fine?
They are crooks.
If you want your vehicle done do not go here. They sure didn’t fix my issue. And I am not having my vehicle be serviced by a jerk.

We had a major repair (engine replacement) on our promaster camper van. We looked around the region and were getting super high labor rates and inflexible repair solutions. Glenn was top notch in providing a reasonable quote and flexible in working around our timeline to start the job, and as being flexible as more issues were found during the engine replacement.
100% recommended!
We were greatly impressed on all levels of the service, communication and pricing.

Depending on who you take to service is great. When I talked to Glen it was great, when I spoke to a gal (can't remember the name) she lied twice. Once when I called to say the tow truck would be a little later and she told me my truck would be looked at in a few days, but when I spoke to Glen he assured me it would be looked at the same day the tow truck dropped my rig off. When I called again to say the tow truck driver had all my information the gal again lied and said he dropped it off and didn't say anything so she transferred me to Glen who said the tow truck had just pulled in and hadn't even dropped my rig off yet. When dealing with the shop my experience was great, the informed me what was happening what needed to be done etc, when dealing with whatever that what her name was doing...stressful.

Went in told them I wanted something swapped and already had that part for it. They talked to me as if I were stupid and said I would need a diagnostic check. Then said they couldn't do a diagnostic check until next week.. ridiculous. I just wanted one piece swapped in my car bc I didn't have the correct tools to do it myself. Would have only taken an hour. Also waited on the phone for 20 min for someone from the shop and never got answered. Terrible customer service

Professional, reliable, and friendly; Glenn and his team of ASE Certified Mechanics provide the best. I say “team” because I’ve seen them put their heads together on a few out-of-the-ordinary, highly technical jobs. Unfortunately, that’s uncommon in the automotive repair business.
I do most of my own work, but when it gets too technical, or requires specialized tools and equipment, Wilderness Chevron - Auto Service & Repair, is my go-to shop. You simply will not find this level of expertise and teamwork at most other shops or dealerships.
Don’t be fooled by the size of Glenn’s Shop, I’ve seen them tackle virtually any job, up to and including engine replacements. And, don’t assume you need to take your vehicle to a dealer for specialized service. That is simply not true. Nor is it true that dealers provide the “best” work. I say this based upon experience as an Automotive and Truck Repair Fleet Manager (retired).
Bottom line: You can count on reasonable turnaround times, work completed on time, and competitive prices.

Took my truck there to get AC fixed. Appointment was a couple weeks out, but they got my truck back to me the morning after the appointment, very quick service. I really appreciate they took time to fix the AC instead of just replacing a pretty expensive component, didn't know shops still did this sort of thing. Also got a very comprehensive vehicle diagnostic report with the appointment, top notch. Will use them for any service work going forward.Service: A/C installation & repair

I have been a customer of Lake Wilderness Chevron for over 25 years. They are honest, fair pricing and thorough with their car servicing. I had a 1994 Honda Accord they serviced until in 2016 it was stolen and totaled but that car had 417K miles on it and these guys kept it running beautifully. I then purchased a 2003 Honda Accord I still drive with 308K miles on it today that they have kept it running smoothly as well. So without them I doubt my cars would last this long. Great work and thankyou so much!!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement
