Thankful i found a vet that listens and helps without pushback that all of my animals are raw fed. They are a super sweet staff and none of my animals are ever afraid to go in.

Very compassionate and professional when I arrived without an appointment for my emergency with my Pet. They took us in right away. Unfortunately he didn’t make it but everyone there was very knowledgeable and sincere.

We've been going here for the 18 years we've lived in Maple Valley.It just seems to get better every few years. Our blind pup that won't let most folks near his feet let's their tech clip him.The stress spray bandanas they offer are super helpful.We've put down two cats over the years, and each time, it was made less stressful by their compassion. They even have a candlelight at the counter to alert everyone they are dealing with a bridge crossing so others can take a step back for that customer.

They threw away the blanket that my cat died, and was brought in to be cremated. I explicitly said that I wanted my blanket back for both family and sentimental purposes but they marked it as unwanted, and threw it away. I did not hear about it until TWO weeks after I brought it in, and I had to call and ask myself. Absolutely horrible decision making and disgusting they didnt tell me about it sooner or the day I came in to pick my cat and the blanket up. I had to come here because my regular vet was closed on the weekend, and I will not be coming back because the staff seemed incompetent and apparently dont listen either.

Dr Stevens was friendly and gave great explanations. She talked about a variety of things to consider and try. I felt like I had choices and that she really listened to us. I love that your hospital has multiple doctors and your hours are fantastic. I especially love that I was able to get in same day with no hassle and that you actually can get people in in a reasonable amount of time. My previous vet is booking several months out so I was so grateful for the quick scheduling!

I wouldn't take my dog anywhere else. The vets, technicians, and front desk staff all love animals and it shows. We have taken our pets to Wilderness Animal Hospital for years, the vets are very knowledgeable and kind.

Speedy visit. Did not have to wait long at all. I even got in a few minutes early. Vet clinic was clean and well kept. Everyone I came into contact with was friendly and vet was very knowledgeable. I felt like I was heard and my concerns with my pets were being addressed. Highly recommend!
