I’m a caregiver. There’s a very friendly and helpful lady that works here.. but why is it that we always get the rude lady on the phone. She just hung up on me after I was extremely nice to her. I waited on hold for 6 min and spoke with her for less than 35 sec when he just hung up on me after she answered my first question. After she answered me I said “thank you so much for verifying that…” boom hung up. I had more questions! Please make sure to hire caring people. Some people are battling cancer, on dialysis, liver disease. Don’t treat people like this please they have it hard as it is. Walgreens please make sure to do better and hire good people. Not everyone is out to yell at the pharmacy clerks.. I appreciate all the hard work they put in every day.

Arrived before 7 to pick up critical rx that was paid for with express pay and the pharmacy was already shuttered even when the hours are open til 7. Insensitive staff was rude and unhelpful at the front when asked about it.

I’ve been going here for a number of years now and increasingly they do not have my medication in stock so I must transfer to a different pharmacy. I was put on a wait list for it and over a week later with no contact or update it still is unavailable. Putting in my last fill over the phone I was hastily told my medication was out of stock and it’d be a day or two until it could be filled, which I accepted. 15 minutes later I received a text notifying me it was ready for pickup. The inconsistency and lack of accurate communication are 2nd to be having a reliable place to fill my medications and is the primary reason for my 3-stars.

I attempted to print some photos of myself and my wife. The manager, Eric, refused to deliver the photos due to him finding them "indecent". When I questioned this, he showed me the photo of my completely clothed wife kneeling on our bed. I scoffed, and he stated, "there was also liquor." Yes, a bottle of Jack Daniels appeared in another photo. Cheers to you, manager Karen/Eric! I went down the road to your superior competitor and printed the photos without issue.

Truly, the very worst experience I've ever had with any business, anywhere. My husband's doctor cancelled his medication and put him on another medication on February 28th. On February 28th all 4 of my medications was cancelled. They somehow cancelled my medication which I had refills left of. When I called the pharmacist kept blaming me and said that I cancelled them through the app because his system showed the customer had cancelled. He said it would show on his system if a customer cancelled, if they cancelled or if the doctor cancelled. On my husband's record it also showed that my husband had cancelled, even though it was his doctor. He couldn't care less that this had happened and so he could make sure it didn't happen again to someone else, he just kept saying it was me who did it or that my app was hacked. I then went into the store because I need one of the medications to stay alive and again explained in person that I did not cancel out my prescriptions. He kept saying I did, and said on their record it showed my husband also cancelled. He was not listening to me and not taking accountability to ensure this didn't happen again to someone else. Once a prescription is cancelled, they can't pull it back up and fill it. He told me to go to the ER if I needed it filled before handling it with my doctor's office. He was SO rude to me. He then called Eric, the shift lead, and I was explaining to him what happened and how serious this was. I was voicing my frustration over the pharmacist not taking accountability for something so serious and instead was blaming me and my husband for cancelling them and he threatened to call the police on me and said if I ever set foot in the store again he would make sure I was arrested. Don't worry, I most definitely will never set foot in a Walgreens anywhere again. Neither will my family, and I will tell as many people about this as who will listen. I've spent the day getting my doctors to re prescribe my medications and sending them to Costco instead. Truly the worst and because they threatened to call the cops, most embarrassing, experience of my life.

This is a review of Walgreens pharmacy only at this maple valley location. The employees here seem pretty rude. They almost always talk down to you except maybe one of them. The pharmacist seems ok but the employees are not very kind or patient with their customers. It's especially distressing when you are not feeling well. The Walgreens online app as a whole is a joke. No use trying to schedule vaccination appointments online because it won't show up on their system. Also the paperwork you sign online is useless since you end up having to fill this out again in person. This I've experienced with multiple Walgreens locations. Also there is no way to track what vaccines you've scheduled in the past within the app. App automatically refills medications and no easy or obvious way to cancel it.

How is this drive thru closed to picking up prescription’s and for Covid testing only? I don’t understand how they’re understaffed when covid isn’t a thing now

I stood at the register for several minutes, as multiple employees moved about. (Two seemed to be trying to work a photo issue, one who was not working the register simply stroked past one time then back the other way. Not one person acknowledged me, smiled, or said "we will be right with you" or "someone will be right with you"...nothing! At one point a customer walked up to the outer portion of the front (outside of the line) and someone immediately said "someone will help you over there", pointing to the register where I was standing! I had to learn from HER approaching an area she couldn't be wrung up in, that someone would eventually help me. So 1) Can we look up from a photo order to at least let me know you see me? And 2) could the person lazily strolling by me multiple times let me know it is in fact one of the people trying to trim photos that will eventually find a moment to help me? I honestly felt like I was not only invisible, but definitely In the twilight zone. Train your folks on basic customer service and like..I don't know, general human manners?

They do not even deserve a 1 star. Their customer service is horrible. Went to pick up some photo items. The kid at the counter was less than interested to help me. Called for help no one came. Called for the supervisor and they would not come. I ended up leaving. Went back a week later and same kid at the counter. Again poor attitude and slow. Then had to call again for help. Three people and 20 minutes later I finally got my items. Just horrible.

So sad to see the state of customer service these days. I stopped into the maple valley Walgreens to do some shopping while my daughter was at her music lesson. I usually use the Walgreens app to check for sales and digital coupons. When I was checking out I noticed that my 2 coupons didn't seem to have gone through so the the sales person asked her manager Jake to help her fix the problem. Jake came over with a very annoyed attitude and proceeded to roll his eyes and tell me he doesn't know what I'm talking about ands he's never heard of anything like digital coupons on the Walgreens app. I really didn't appreciate the attitude from Jake, Natalie who was ringing me out and on their first week of work was very polite. As a former retail employee I'm just saddened that this kind of attitude is acceptable these days , especially from a manager.

It was a very unpleasant experience because a woman named Elaine she work at 26705 maple valley walgreens. Regardless of attitude I do not acceptwe have appointment for COVID-19 test today were not late, but she didn’t give me our check and said we were late, and gave us a very bad attitude. Keep saying we were late I immediately felt that he discriminated against us because we were Chinese. We asked them to give a reasonable reason but they ignored us.
