Tyler is such an awesome person! He is reliable and kind. Very patient too since it was our first home and we certainly had multiple questions. He is very knowledgeable and we learned so much from him. We are so happy with our new home! Thank you so much Tyler for being there at all times and making this process so much fun! We enjoyed spending time looking at houses with you.

Tyler has a knack for making the home buying process smooth, speedy and FUN! We have known Tyler for years and when we decided to move back to WA, from CA, he was the first person on our list to call. We knew he would go to bat for us and help us get a new home in West Seattle. He offered professional advice, went above and beyond writing offers for us (Even while he was on vacation with his family!). Tyler was also very thoughtful after we closed on our home to make it feel special he did a couple nice gestures/gifts that made it all feel right.
