We've watched Amber build her career over the past 17 years and knew when the time came, she would be the person best suited to get the job done. Nothing about moving is easy, it's stress filled, exhausting, emotional, and daunting. Amber took the time to meet with me months in advance to make a plan and guide me as to what to focus on to prepare our house for listing. During those "pre" months, she stayed in touched to assist me any way she could. For us, it was that she offered a full service transaction. Starting with small touch points and guidance, to preparing the home, pointing us in the direction of reputable vendors, staging the home, communication and guidance through deciding on how to proceed with offers, and all the way through closing. Amber has a team in place who communicated regularly with us during the entire transaction to let us know what was transpiring each week. We were never left wondering. As in any stressful time, nothing goes as planned. We had a few unexpected repairs that sent me personally over the edge just due to my stress levels, but each time, I sent a text to Amber and she handled all the calls to contractors, arranging a time, and texting me with a 15 min heads up that they were on their way....I did NOTHING....but answer the door and pay. To have those little touch services goes a long way when you just can't handle one more thing. Also, having an extensive list of vendors, contractors, and hired helping hands was amazing. I didn't need to research and have multiple people come out for bids, instead, Amber again made calls, scheduled estimates, and communicated our needs to the vendors. And as in any vendor/contractor situation, we had a few mishaps, however, Amber quickly intervened on our behalf and made sure everything was to our satisfaction! Our goal was to sell in the first weekend, as we have Great Danes and moving them around for showings was a daunting task. Amber knew our goal, strategized and planned with our needs at the forefront of her plan, and we had offers on listing day! Thank you Amber for making this a successful venture! We literally would not be sitting in Florida tonight had you not been such a hands on relator and friend!

Phenomenal experience. We worked with Shannon Morey. She made the process of buying a house simple and easy to understand. She walked us through the entire process and made it not as stressful as we previously thought. She kept us up to date on everything through out the process and was very patient when asked question. We got an opportunity to meet Amber when we got the keys and she is very kind and knowledgeable. We appreciate the whole experience and definitely recommend working with Amber Bills Real Estate.

We used Britta to sell our condo in this crazy market. She was professional, took the time to understand our situation, and did everything in her power to show how special our home is/was. I cannot recommend Brita enough. She brought 2 offers to the table, gave us the pros and cons of each, and let us make the decision. She was open, honest, and transparent through the entire process. Do yourself a favor, call this team. They are flawless from listing to signing... flawless.

my home that was a rental for 33 years in covington wa 19110 se 271st ct 98042 was sold by amber in 4 days for $650,000 which was $30,000,00 above the listing price.amber staged the home with no extra cost and we had 5 offers in 3 days.amber made a few lighting upgrades which she had done. very easy to work with.

As you can tell from most other reviews, The Amber Bills Real Estate Group knows what they're doing, is very professional and will help you with every step along the way. This is something you should expect from every professional in the field, but that's not always the case. However, Amber and her team go above and beyond what you should expect. They understand that life gets complicated and do everything in their power to make you feel like everything will be ok if you just breathe, tell them what you want, and listen to their feedback. There's no pressure for you to hurry through it all just so they can get paid. Your pace, your feelings, and your needs are top priority. So while the received (and expected) professionalism is always nice, the added touch of human compassion is what really sets this group apart from others.

My husband and I recently moved out of state. Amber and her team went above and beyond with helping us in getting our house ready to sell and answer any questions we may have had. They were also readily availably to help answer questions from protentional buyers, be there for inspections when we were out of town, and helped us contact an amazing real-estate agent who helped us find a house in our new state of residence. If you are ready to sell or buy a house, I highly recommend this team of professionals.
