Went to inquire about single colored roses and the older florist was very rude. I had to interrupt their conversation for my question and then she was very annoyed that I saw a fallen arrangement and picked it up. She snatched it out of my hands and laughed at me when I asked about the pink rose, clearly damaged and bruised from the fall. I am a wedding florist, and I don't think I'll ever go back to Safeway's floral department, or recommend their products and services to any of my couples. Disappointing experience for sure.

On June 14 at 3:40PM I went to buy flowers and when I approached the florist she did not even welcome me after I greeted her kindly and she seemed annoyed and dismissive. When I asked her if she can wrap my bouquet she grabbed it quickly and told me “so you actually have to pay a fee for the wrapping” in a condescending rude way even though I was willing to pay extra and she was roughly handling my flowers. I never write reviews let alone bad ones but the lack of courtesy and customer service was shocking. She was incredibly rude and unprofessional and made my experience very terrible at the store. I will not be returning and I do not recommend anyone seeking a pleasant and respectful experience.

This was the Safeway gasoline station. Late, so everything is very well lit. Pay at the Pump worked easily through PayPal Business. This was even though I had no Pay Pay balance att.

I ordered a cake online for my son’s birthday to be picked up by 10am. When I got there at 10:30, I was told it wasn’t ready and we would need to wait 15-20 minutes. They rushed the cake and at 11:45am we received the cake pictured in the photos. It was clearly horribly made and hideous. We asked for a manager and her response was that “there is a reason we don’t do cake orders and we have no control over it when people place the order online.” Obviously this is absolutely ridiculous and they could have called me days ago to tell me so I could get the cake somewhere else. At this point, my son’s birthday is today and we have a horrible cake for his special day. I’m literally in tears and they still required us to pay half price for the cake. I have no idea what to do now.

don’t place inattentive staff to man the self serve cashier. she intentionally looks down so as not to see the flashing light when machine has a problem so that she won’t have to work!

Was at chip isle, some employee tells a kid to leave the store because he was kicked out for stealing the other day. The employee looks at me and also tells me to get out, saying I have a drink in my pocket. I show him my pockets just have my phone and airpods, he kicks me out anyway. I don't know the kid he kicked out, but I assume he also didn't do anything wrong.

I’ve been to this safeway multiple times but never once have I experienced this racism at this safeway until today. The man who left his $20 bills at checkout on accident, I tried to run after him but I was baffled. his money was left in the checkout and I had stood there in disbelief when the white lady with curly hair ignored me when i asked for help multiple times. I hope this man realized he left is money. I wouldn’t recommend coming here at all.

I went there today around 3:35 p.m and purchased alcohol.I handed my ID to the self check guy and then he started to ask me for my address.I asked him why do you need my address and he keeps demanding it.The guy next to me was also buying alcohol but he only look it over and let him go.I have never experienced anything like that.I always go here around night time and all employees are very friendly.Next time I will be considering buying alcohol somewhere else.I feel so disappointed.

We like coming here especially early in the morning when they put out the fresh produce. The employees are always so nice and helpful. When my oldest has questions about veggies the produce clerks are always patient when listening to her and they treat her like a human being and seeing that makes her happy.

On January 9th I went to Maple Valley safeway to get my free signature select ice cream. But some reason it didn't work at the self checkout and I asked a lady Associate who was working at the self checkout. She helped me to get it for free.After I got it my sister texted me and asked me to get her ice cream that she got from her rewards. But when she the lady Associate saw me at the check out she came to me right away and said " Ma'am you can't get 2 free icecream, I just gave it to you " . I said it is not for me, it is for my sister.She asked me to get it because she has a baby and she doesn't have a car, it was freezing cold , windy outside.I don't like to use my safeway weekly deals these days because the store's system is not working properly, it wasn't like that before. Each time I have to ask and explain, show my account to get my deals, discounts. That is not great shopping experience.
