This is the worst business I have ever had the displeasure of working with.
You scammed my fiancé out of an ungodly amount of money after holding her car for a week and not relaying any information and dragging your feet on a simple diagnostic. I was told multiple times that I would be contacted later that day/the following day with information on the vehicle and each time you lied and I had to call to receive any information after waiting longer than the period of time I was given. The diagnosis took 5 business days (one week in total) after saying it would be done the day following drop off and was completely and totally inaccurate in finding the issues with the car. When picking up the vehicle after losing all trust in your company, the staff was passive aggressive and rude about the fact I did not want you touching the car.
After calling AAA to tow the car which broke down the day after you released it, the tow truck driver told us the issue within minutes of being on site, something you were unable to do in the week you held the vehicle. We then went to Firestone who quickly solved the issue and the bill was lower than yours for doing absolutely nothing.
I will never use your service again and anyone I speak to who needs a repair I will warn to avoid your shop like the plague.

I needed to get my vehicle looked at ASAP. They had an appt for me with in the week. They were very fast and didn’t try to take advantage of me and tell me i needed to spend a lot of money to fix it. I got out the door spending less than what they had originally been quoted. They have now got a customer for life. Thank you Rainier Automotive.
