I specifically am writing this review about the pharmacy. I was having so many problems at another very close pharmacy; so I recently switched over to the newly opened QFC pharmacy. And I have been so happy. The staff there is so friendly, they answer the phones, they greet you when you arrive, and the fill the prescriptions without you having to go in and ask about it multiple times. Recently there was one that they couldn't fill same day but the text alert told me when it would be available and said I could call if I needed it sooner and they checked other local places to send me to get it instead sooner. It may sound like, well that is what a pharmacy is supposed to do; but since I've had such difficulties with others I am singing praises to the QFC pharmacy staff. Thank you so much for making my life easier this month.

Got my vaccines here and had such an amazing experience! The team was very welcoming and efficient. Being a healthcare provider myself, I have very high expectations on the healthcare services my family and I receive but I can say without hesitation the pharmacist and his team exceeded all expectations!! So happy they’re here for my family and I!! Highly recommend!

Took my mom for shingles vaccine and my child for flu vaccine. During Shingles injection my mom noticed sizzling sound, I guess syringe was full of foam after he shakes it to mix powder and diluent, instead it needs gently rolling to avoid creating excessive amount of bubbles. During my child’s injection guy injected about 1ml of air into his muscle. Basically he didn’t push the air out before giving the shot and general amount of vaccine leaked out . I am working in healthcare and it really sad to see such a poor technique and a lack of attention to detail on the part of the healthcare worker administering the injection.

Store is busy. Stressful deli situation.. the wait was long. I was getting cranky. But, Tina in the deli didn’t miss a beat. I put my pride aside at that point and recognized Tina’s ability to deal with it all. That’s the patience and kindness I strive for in all my daily endeavors. Cheers Tina.

The personel at the Maple Valley QFC are great, on every shift. It's a pleasure to do business with this fabulous cadra of employees.
There has been, unfortunately, a problem with prices posted/advertised and the ring-up. Almost every receipt I've had in the last 45 days or so have one or more mistakes. This is both if I self-check or go through normal employee check out. On the first of March, I was even charged $5 for a newspaper that I had under my arm. (Wall Street Journal). The checker didn't ask me about the paper. I would have shown it to her. QFC does not, if course, sell the WDJ. THIS was clearly a bad decision on her part. Now, the better news ... I've never had a problem with reimbursements for these computer errors. I would rather buy my groceries here than anywhere else in the Valley even if there are a few errors here and there. And, it's not just this store. According to a report In the WSJ, the industry took in over 3 billion in improperly charged items in 2022. Always check your receipt. Computers lie. (Any one for some AI)

This is a really sad store. The employees and managers at this store are always rude, the store is disorganized, it's laid out poorly and the interior is so dark and dingy, I only go here in emergencies because the experience is so consistently terrible. Would not recommend.

We had a wonderful experience with the bakery! We had a design in mind for our daughter’s birthday, and the baker went above and beyond! We received so many compliments, and were so happy with this cake.

I went in this store in a rush to bought some sushi and check out my sushi in the deli section since the line in the self checkout was long. After paying for my food I realize I needed to get some ramen so I bought some and went in the front check out anyways since the deli section wouldn’t take it( which is perfectly fine ) When I went to the self check out, Teresa ask me if I“needed help to scan my sushi” and I told her I already pay for my sushi in the back and I also have the receipt if needed. She insisted and calling the manger but the manger didn’t come and she take away my sushi anyways, even though i PAY FOR IT. Mind you I have a appointment to catch, overal the experience wasn’t great because they make me feel like I was stealing or guilty of something, I tried to call the store to at least get my money back but no one pick up. so just don’t buy your sushi here :)
