Love this Veterinary Office. The Receptionists are great! Always a smooth experience with setting the appointment as well as after the appointment. The Vet Techs are awesome! They’re super kind and gentle with our bunnies. Dr. LeFevre is wonderful! Words can’t express how grateful we are, for the care she gives our bunnies with every visit. Highly recommend!

We can't find words to express how thankful we are to the entire team - vets, LVT, assistants, front desk staff and the office manager -for the service they provide, the transparency, honesty, and communication. They have helped us save multiple pets' lives over the last 3 years, and we look forward to what the future holds with Pine Tree on our team. ???

Had a neuter, rabies shot, and microchip done for my foster dog. The Pine Tree staff was very helpful, accommodating, and communicative. I would recommend them.

Pine Tree Veterinary gave my bunny Dave a second chance at life. After a freak accident resulting in a broken leg, I was faced with the decision no pet owner wants to make. After getting discouraging consultations from multiple local vets I started calling around. Pine Tree was so kind, and was able to answer questions and tell me if surgery was even possible for our budget before we made the trip. 100% worth the travel, the staff was so kind and I could not be happier with the results of his amputation. Recovery was smooth and they checked in periodically the weeks following his surgery. Here’s to many more years of Tripod Dave!

Ever since my vet of over a decade retired it's been hard to find a new place but it looks like we have a new home here at pine tree. It is important to have an avian vet.

Everyone here has been super friendly, professional, respectful, gentle, caring and thorough with my pets. I am so glad they started seeing new patients again after Covid so I could move my bird and snake care here from just doing exotic ER visits. We are regulars now and really pleased with how all the family has been welcomed.

Brought my rat for a last minute urgent care visit yesterday and he was looked at right away by the doctor. He was given treatment and more meds to take home, and the bill was very affordable in the end (especially for an exotic pet urgent visit). It was a bit of a drive for me, but they were the only ones available near me to see him that day so I’m very grateful. Thank you to the staff that helped him feel better (and me too! I was in worried mom mode).

Absolute BEST place to bring your Avian companion. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. I sincerely feel that our birds are genuinely cared for, and Dr Ferguson is the TOPS!

We had a terrible experience in this place. I would not recommend this place to people who have small pets(exotic animal). We went for spaying; my pet may have given too much anesthesia. I was given lot o unhelpful information. My pet was okay but it is financially concerning. We could have asked for refund for what we went through etc.
We had no problems after we found another vet that served us well and my pet was spayed. I am not going to recommend this place to anyone because pine tree seems untrustworthy.
