“I went her while my cat was having surgery so I was a bit of a train wreck. The amazing service BLEW MY MIND which is almost impossible since I have a background in teaching customer service at a Fortune 100 company with high expectations. Coco is the person who helped me and went out of her way to answer all of my many question with a lot of depth but in the right way and without providing a lot of superfluous information. She would come with me to the product, show me and explain. If she didnt know, she would figure it out, ask or research. With the way she intereacted with me, you could tell she actually really cared about providing a quality experience for me and making sure I got what I needed (info or product). And I could tell, she was really educated in the animals they sold products for as well as the products they sold People in customer service roles just do not provide even close to the type of experience she provided. If I had a business where I needed someone with her work ethic, quality or skills that could be transferred, I would snatch her up. Thank you Coco!
