Don’t ever use the auto delivery service. They make you wait all day then don’t bother to show up. I called around 1:00pm and was told the driver never showed up but one of the employees will drop off my delivery at 5:00pm. It never happened. I called again at 7:00pm and Cameron didn’t know what happened but kept saying he had a customer so had to go, as if I wasn’t a customer. I guess I’ll try Mudbay. What a waste of time!

This is some of the best service I have ever had in my life. There were 3 total workers and I definitely looked distressed with my 2 dogs. One older having hip problems the other 6 months old and running me in circles.Megan immediately asked if she could help, I told her my situation of puppy having separation anxiety and just all that goes along with it. She recommended several options but ultimately recommend this product in the image. My dog already loves there balls so I went for it. They gave me a few sampler treats to try for the puppy but took into consideration my older dogs allergies. Their whole team was great. They didn’t encourage the bad behavior, understood I had my own medical issue on my lower back and walked the 6mo around the store to allow me to shop a little more. They helped desensitize them by asking to give treats to them and I just asked so long as they behaved and did basic tricks they could have treats. My 6mo had an accident in the car and they offered to get me some disposable materials to take care of it.Honestly, they were so amazing and understanding I was so thankful. They recommended some broth to put into the treat and freeze so I’m giving that a shot! My 6mo was so anxious I tore open the packaging and put treats in it to help. 40 min drive home it occupied her for 25 min.Thank you so much!

This store is amazing. Not only do they have plenty of cool products for animals, a lot of which appear to be artisan made, but the staff are all incredibly kind and helpful. You can tell everyone who works there really cares about the well being of the customers and their pets. I brought my young cat into the store in a bag, but before i could check out he had an accident. Caycie (i’m sorry if i spelled your name wrong i’m pretty bad with names ??) noticed that I was missing from the store and politely helped me when she found me in the stores bathroom. She used lots of products to help clean up my bag and ensured that it was safe and clean for my cat. And after all of that she didn’t even want a tip, they said they do that because “they’re amazing” which is very true. I felt extremely safe and understood in this store and I’m definitely coming back :)

Someone told me about Pet Pros. Mistakingly, I went to a national chain store with a similar sounding name. After no one greeted me nor any of the 6-8 employees offered to help me, I made a further investigation and located Pet Pros. Upon entering the store, I was cordially greeted by a nice young lady. I asked a young man named Sawyer about a couple products notably different in cost. Why should I spend more? He explained why it was worth spending the extra, to my satisfaction. From my previous experience in sales, they called this "up selling". While that may prove profitable to a company, the real value to the consumer is understanding, WHY should I spend more for an item? What are the benefits? I clearly understood from the explanation given. Both employees were personable & demonstrated knowledge of their products. I don't know if the staff was knowledgeable at the National chain store or not, nor am I inclined to try and find out. Pet Pros it is for customer service!
