Came in needing a hose clamp and rear brake pads for my Elantra but didn't have much info to give the guys. They were able to help me find the right pads and hose clamp size.

To be quiet honest I have never ever been treated so poorly then I have at the O'Rileys in maple valley, I was in front talking to a friend who I have not seen in awhile when the manager walked up to me and said oh it's you? I said what,? Manager said, yeah you your the guy who broke into the nail salon and ripped them off I said what are you talking about? Manager said yep it's you I'm calling the cops right now!? I couldn't believe what I was hearing I waited for the police who never showed up but I couldn't believe it ...so to all members of the public beware this lady "Karen" is one loose cannon might be you next!

Girl who work there, unprofessional. I called ahead and asked if there was a spare part? I gave her the spare part number, she said yes, we have it in stock. ordered a taxi, arrived, and she says we don't have it, I can order it. I spent my money and my time.

Well I order parts the day before yet when I got there they lost my order.. lucky for them they had my parts in the back. So this will not be a bad review.. good staff otherwise very helpful and friendly.
