I usually have a great experience at this store. Today was much different. Several items do not have price tags, so I asked an employee how much an item was. Apparently the employees have to look up price comps online on the spot before they can tell you how much an I priced item costs which is an odd business practice. She came back with an amount she would sell the item for and I agreed and continued my shopping while she packed and boxed the item for me to take home. After we finished shopping I went to the counter and paid for my items (I was not given a receipt) and as I went to grab my box of goods to leave a bald older male employee refused to hand over to me the boxed item I just paid for stating he could not let the item leave the shop. I told him I had just paid for the item and he then gave me another price figure that was six times more than I had just purchased it for. He rudely stated to the kind employee helping me “she can pay what I paid for it” and that he will not let the item leave the store. He sounded very upset with the kind employee and I felt embarrassed for her caught in the middle of the disorganized pricing system. I refused to pay his inflated price and had to ask for my cash back from the second nice helpful employee of the store.
Prices should ALWAYS be listed clearly on ALL items and employees should not be reprimanded in front of customers for charging an amount different that he thought they should because she used the “wrong app” to look up the price in front of me. The whole exchange was extremely unprofessional on the part of the male employee and unfair to the kind woman that was assisting me. It is not good business practice to skyrocket the price after the customer has paid and then refuse to allow the item to leave the store as the customer is attempting to leave. It was a disgusting interaction and I will never return. To those two kind women and young man who helped us while shopping thank you for your excellent customer service!

Both the owner and the lady that volunteers there are super friendly and good people. They are very honest and caring. Nice vibes and got a lot of cool stuff. Definitely will be coming back to buy, sell, or trade.
