Mud Bay always has the nicest employees who go above and beyond for pet owners! I have two "quirky" pups and they always help me find solutions! I love having the peace of mind that anything I buy in the store is vet recommended. I'm a big Amazon shopper and so I knows reviews on Amazon are helpful, but not as reliable as an actual store with officially approved pet supplies.

I went her while my cat was having surgery so I was a bit of a train wreck. The amazing service BLEW MY MIND which is almost impossible since I have a background in teaching customer service at a Fortune 100 company with high expectations. Coco is the person who helped me and went out of her way to answer all of my many question with a lot of depth but in the right way and without providing a lot of superfluous information. She would come with me to the product, show me and explain. If she didnt know, she would figure it out, ask or research. With the way she intereacted with me, you could tell she actually really cared about providing a quality experience for me and making sure I got what I needed (info or product). And I could tell, she was really educated in the animals they sold products for as well as the products they sold People in customer service roles just do not provide even close to the type of experience she provided. If I had a business where I needed someone with her work ethic, quality or skills that could be transferred, I would snatch her up. Thank you Coco! Keep being you and you will have a successful and happy life!!!

I visited here on a trip with my dog from the east coast and if I lived here, we'd be at this store every day! They have everything you could ever need. The workers are so helpful, friendly, and love pets! They had everything I needed for my trip (pumpkin puree pouches, yogurt pup cups, and many, many, treats). If you have a pet, I would definitely check this place out!
