Took my old screens to them to get new ones made. Picked them up and only 6 of the 13 fit. Had to take the 7 back to get redone and was charged a fee for the change. Only 3 of those 7 fit and had to take 4 back once again. Was told I was my dimensions must have been off. Explained I brought original screens from windows, did not supply dimensions. When I took them was told I should have marked screens with changes but had explained before you cannot mark screens that are too narrow, and had told customer service guy what the changes were that I needed. Very rude guy and must be a family member to have a job there.

I ordered my windows over 4 months ago. Originally, they did tell me we would have them 6 to 8 weeks. I was ok with that. then i was told that i would have them delivered on the 31s of march. I know windows are delayed. But since i have called to figure out where my windows are at, i have not herd back and it seems no one is answering the phone.

Very rude customer service and not helpful when helping my elderly parents pick up their windows. We Asked several times where to go and wich ones were my parents but they walked off. It Took forever to show where my parents windows were and there were no other customers to hinder the help.The family will not be using this service in the future nor recommending the use of this buisness

We shopped around and we could not find a better price. We compared to Frank Lumber and Husky doors in Lk Stevens. The price was far below the other stores for the same/equal product.

THIS PLACE LIES: I order doors and they came smaller and basically called me a liar and the paperwork said the correct measurements. Horrible customer service and they don't care about how or what happens they got there money.NEVER USE THIS PLACE

Really helpful staff, didn't feel pressured at all gave me all the info I needed. They couldn't of done more, Love my new mantle. Very reasonably priced, people who are saying its expensive have no idea in the value of good craftsmanship, knowledge and service. I will definitely be a returning customer thank you
