This was one of the most pleasant impound experience with a tow truck company I have ever had. So understanding and willing to help in all ways. Even called me next day to make sure that I got the trailer to my destination safely. Above and beyond.

Hands down having been towed throughout the country, from WA to NC, I have never experienced such excellent service as I did from Maple Valley Towing. It started with me calling Jason who mentioned being with a customer at the moment, but would call back in about 15 minutes, which he did. Regarding the visit, Jason arrived on time then attempted to help troubleshoot the stuck in-drive issue that rendered my car inop. Even to research the owner's manual and online for possible solutions to avoid a 35 mile tow to the dealer. Jason cares about helping his customers avoid an expense. Now does that sound like your run-of-the-mill tow service? Hardly. On top of that, his tow pricing beat two other local companies by far. I can't thank you enough Jason! So happy to have reached out to Maple Valley Towing. I would give 10 stars for service if I could.

Shout out to Maple Valley Towing Inc for awesome customer service. Car wouldn’t start this morning. Called mechanic who thought it was the starter. Called them out to tow my vehicle to the mechanic, but he was able to troubleshoot why my car wasn’t starting and fixed it on the spot. Saved me a ton of time and money!

Tried to call the night before to schedule a tow. Was told to call back in the morning at 8am. Called at 8am with the driver jumping out of the shower. Reminded him what we spoke about the night before. Driver agreed to the job. The keys were at the shop (my fault) so the driver stated he would go get them and then bring the truck to the shop (local Covington shop). Driver abandoned job with no call or text...I get to reschedule and try another tow company. Although the truck was parked in a weird spot, he could have said something rather than me looking at my cameras to find my truck still in my driveway an hour after it was supposed to be at the shop. Something...anything...
Driver came back and got the rig. If the shop looks at it today, then it isn't that bad. Raising rating from 1* to 2* as they did come back and get the truck. Appointment was at 930. Driver showed up at noon.
Shop called up and stated they got the truck and will begin working on it late this afternoon, rather than this morning.

Stranded on the way up the summit, Jason was there in 30 mins and took us all the way to the Puyallup dealership. Great and interesting guy. Really turned our failed hike around.

Great crew. Didn't take too long to get picked up, had a good chat, got the job done. Price of $90 to go a block. I'm new to the west coast an paying for my own towing to later be reimbursed so I dunno pricing out here.
