I used the Maple Valley KinderCare for several years.The people at KinderCare care about the kids and work very hard. The care provided was good.Other reviewers are right - there are few options in Maple Valley for childcare.I believe that I was treated rudely, dismissively, and condescendingly by KinderCare management on a daily basis, over a period of several years, because the location director has a low opinion of divorced single fathers. I believe that the location director empathized with my ex wife who also used their services for our child as part of joint custody.Bottom line: Your kid will be well taken care of. Divorced single fathers may need to endure an abrasive provider for the sake of their child.

So I called and spoke to Trisha to schedule a tour to sign up my two kids. She told me they have part time (3 full days available and I scheduled a tour. Tour day after I visited the facility, Trisha told me they don’t take part time kids so I left. I was so desperate for child care so I called the next day again. I was told by Trisha they they have part time availability over the phone. When I told/asked her my name and said I was there the other day after she told me they have opening and I went through the tour she said the availability no longer available and now they have availability again? She did not have no answer. It just seemed to me she did not want to take my kids. I did not understand why I had to get 3 different answers in one day difference. I was still going to sign up my kids because I was in desperate need of child care however COVID -19 happened right before my kids started and they were not taking anymore new students (capacity limitations) I am so glad my kids did not start here. If they were not professional at the beginning who knows what could have happened after they started.

?????????????Surrounded by positive great people, all five of my kids go to this location and we’ve always had a great experience and they are vary helpful. We are so grateful! They treat us like family and we absolutely adore that They treat us like family and we absolutely adore that big thank you guys for beautiful vibes Monday through Friday

Our daughter has been going here for a few months and we've been very happy with this center. The staff/teachers are all friendly and caring, and it shows in their interactions with the children. Our daughter is constantly talking about her friends and the fun things she learned/did each day. Knowing that she is having fun while being cared for makes our job as parents a little easier.

From the minute we walked into this care center our cherished little boy has been so nurtured and loved by everyone. We are so blessed to have all the teachers and Trisha and Darla. We really do feel like we struck gold. I don't trust anyone with my son, but here I don't worry at all that he is in good hands, many hands. LOVE!

We love Kinder Care and so does our 2 year old!The staff is always helpful and friendly!The place seems to always be clean.My husband and I both work full time and feel confident our child is well taken care of. ?
