This place is a total scam. Unopen item on the inside, overcharging for an item by $10 extra more dollars, and with destroyed box. Why are they selling an item for $39.80 but on Amazon original price is $29.99? But Discounted to $24.97 Make sure u check prices here before purchasing. I’ve bought many items from here, but I’ve definitely caught them over charging for items. Be careful.

Over the top expensive! A Skein of yarn was priced at $9.99! This is sold at retail stores for $3.50 Many items there are WAY overpriced. These are USED items, not brand new, price accordingly!

This place sucks!!! My son went to the bathroom and I asked to go and she said yes I took at least 5 mins to use it and she started banging on the door like crazy she also this this to my sister one star this place suck!!! Thank old lady with gray hair

Just visited this store today (5/5/24) and the dressing rooms are still closed. You aren’t able to return items for a refund - can only receive store credit. The clothing racks are a mess as a result. Customers choose clothes to try on, only to find out there’s no dressing room. Rather than put the clothes back where they found them, they leave them in whatever section they choose. If they had a dressing room with a return rack outside, the clothing wouldn’t be as unorganized.
Who would want to buy clothes they can’t try on or return for a refund if they don’t fit?

Worse service ever!!!! I asked if they could hold a cooler for me while they figure out what the price would be for it, cashier tells me they can't hold items for people, yet I see they where holding a bicycle for someone!!! Practice what you guys preach!!! The cashier was a young kid, he was very polite, the lady in the back, had an attitude the whole time!!!! YOU GUYS LOST A CUSTOMER TODAY, AS I WILL NOT SHOP AT THIS GOODWILL EVER AGAIN!!!!!!!

There were definitely good finds here, but the price for old magazines was ridiculous. Checkout guy was less than friendly and then basically tried to question me about my jacket I wore in the store being goodwill merchandise.My son was trying to make casual conversation with the cashier towards the end and he was just short with him. It's unfortunate that the cashier wasn't able to communicate kindly and seemed judgemental.

Pretty nice thrift shop in maple valley WANot gonna lie the prices are pretty cheap but I LOVE IT! I got a Marshawn lynch and Richard Sherman for a low price in the Seahawks section and madden 15 for 4 bucks this is what you need to know… goodwill is goated.
