Went into get two patches done on two pairs of pants and the quality was poor and looked sloppy. Will probably never come back after this. Pants are ruined and now will not be able to get fixed again.

I’ve been a loyal customer at Maple Valley Cleaners for several years, and the owners have always treated me with kindness. I initially found them when I brought in my wedding dress for boxing and cleaning, and they did an outstanding job. Since then, I’ve entrusted them with my regular work attire for dry cleaning and even had hemming done, always receiving top-notch quality. I highly recommend this family-owned business; they consistently go above and beyond to accommodate their clients.

I had a terrible experience getting my clothes altered here. The people that works at this place seems to have no clue what they are doing. I received 3 different quotes from 3 different people. First on the phone, then during drop off, and a totally different price again at pickup. I ended up paying double what was originally quoted with no explanation even though I confirmed with them the pricing at drop off. To add to this, they had to redo both of my pants when I pointed out the defects. Safe to say I will not come back here.

First $4.99 for a men's dress shirt?? When I got them back the sleeves on each one is bunched up and very wrinkled. I told the owner this does not look good and all wrinkled. Her response it's our machines. If you want them not wrinkled you need to ask for them to be hand done and it cost more. WHAT?!! I brought them here to be cleaned and pressed and now I need to go home and iron the sleeves myself. I told her I was not happy with them and she didn't say anything. Wi would NOT recommend this place at all unless you want clean shirts and not ironed properly.

Doesn’t own up mistake. I gave 20 shirts for laundry. Got charged for 20 but got only 19. Was told that the manager will call next day to explain. The call never came. Very unprofessional and disregard to customer. Do not recommend using this cleaners.

I work in the bar industry and we get a ton of swag, most of them being way too big for me and I lost a lot of weight. I can cut them up myself to make 'em cutting edge but Sunyi the owner is a tailor and can take things in a few inches either it's shirt or pants!

I highly recommend Maple Valley Dry Cleaners. I have been going there for many years. I bring my alterations and dry cleaning there regularly. They were professional and on time, did exactly what I wanted. I got my jeans altered and though I did get the result I was looking for, it was unexpected the technique used. Price wasn't upfront either, I paidabout $120 to get 4 pairs of pants altered at the waist. I would go again to get other garments altered, but not sure about the pants, they're now slightly uncomfortable to wear because of the extra bunched up fabric in the waistband.

Always an impeccable experience. Great friendly service and professional cleaning. The young woman filling in when the owner was away recently was exceptional as well.
