Katie Criddle did an extremely thorough job in all aspects of my recent purchase. She listened to exactly what I was looking for, but also provided other options as well. Katie is absolutely wonderful to work with. She recently helped us buy our first home and made the process so seamless by explaining all of our options and current state of the market. Some of the qualities we looked for in a real estate agent was someone who listened to our needs, exhibited kindness and patience as this was our first home. We went on a 6 month journey with Katie until we found our dream home. Katie advised us on when to negotiate and where it made sense. She even joined us on our home inspection walk through and provided a second set of eyes. Katie is a great real estate agent, I’d recommend her to any of my friends and family!

She personally handles you, no assistants or office people. Wonderful attention, she helped us understand what we wanted and gave us input that helped us understand what is a good priority. She was willing to move all around the area since we didn't have a specific city we landed in (from Cali.) She's my #1 reccomend!

Katie is simply the BEST!!!!! She is incredibly knowledgeable about the market and doesn't hesitate to go to bat for you. I will never forget when my family found our dream house and basically said no pressure, but we need this house! Whelp! Did she deliver! We've had our dream house for two years now, thanks, Katie!

We bought our house through Katie and couldn't say enough about her! Her dedication through the process was amazing because the whole process took 11 months! She fought for us every step of the way! She was always positive but realistic at the same time and that was just one of the things we loved about her. While selling was straight forward, our purchasing was tricky with whom we were buying from Through months of back and forth Katie was there to help us through all of it.
